I received the best service from Jeorge at lewisham branch. He patiently listened to all of my concerns, he showed me empathy and managed to get an appointment that same day. He called back when he said he would and when I visited the clinic, he was a warm and welcoming face. I am very satisfied with the service I received as I initially was worried and anxious but he left me feeling happy and hopeful.

Having left a review recently I feel as though I must say something about the appalling dental manager that I saw yesterday. I felt bullied and harassed by her. I am not sure what was going on but she inflamed an intense situation. Her lack of interaction and engagement was really bad. She needs to modify her attitude or if she cannot she is in the wrong job. That is the end of me moaning about this dreadful place.

Mis-sold treatments in the Skin Clinique in Chiswick and then refused to refund even though fault was admitted. Website does not say treatments are not guaranteed to work. Was told it would work during the consultation and after spending thousands of pounds, they did not work. Staff give the impression that they care and want to help but in reality ignore your calls and messages. Worst customer service I have ever experienced - DO NOT GO THERE!

I recently took my son Charlie to the Chestfield Branch of Banning Dental. He is a very nervous patient but his dentist Durmila and his nurse Ellie put him at ease. He was impressed with how modern the practice looked, and liked that he was offered a glass of water from Molly the receptionist. I don't think I'm going to have a problem taking him back in 6 months time...thank you!!
