Amazing team and excellent care! I had an emergency appointment, and they managed to fit me in on the same day. The dentist quickly resolved my issue and made me feel calm throughout the procedure. I have heard a lot of good things about Banning , and after this visit, I can see why they’re so highly regarded. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming to this dental practice for over a year, and I can’t recommend it enough. The staff are so welcoming, and my dentist is always gentle and thorough. I recently had teeth whitening done, and the results are amazing! It’s clear they prioritise patient care. Banning Dental Group has a fantastic reputation, and this practice definitely lives up to it.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience here. The hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, and I left feeling so much fresher. My sister recommended Banning Dental after using their Invisalign services, and I’m so glad I gave them a try.

This review is based on my interactions with the management at the Chiswick Banning Clinic. Simply put, they are unbelievably incompetent and dishonest. The first time I had to deal with them, I was waiting for the delivery of my retainers, which took over two months while it was supposed to be a couple of weeks. After much chasing and complaining, they "discovered" the parcel was lost and had to be reordered. Why it took them two months to find out is beyond me. Much more likely, they lost the parcel, took their time trying to find it, and eventually gave up. They also promised to post the retainers to my home address, which eventually didn't happen, and I had to travel to the clinic to pick them up. I then made the mistake of booking a skin treatment with them; they offered a discount if paying for the full treatment, which I did. Twice, I travelled to the clinic, but they didn't have the product for the treatment in stock. They were too incompetent or unbothered to call me ahead and spare me a trip. Obviously, after the second time, I asked for a refund, which they agreed to. After one week, I asked them for an update on the refund, to which they repeatedly asked to further inconvenience me by having a call to "explain the refund process". Annoyingly, the call was to try and sell me the treatment again with a further discount. When I refused and asked for a refund, they took my details and told me it would take up to 10 working days. Then, radio silence for weeks. Whenever I contacted them to ask for an update, they kept saying they were chasing it. Eventually, four weeks after I was supposed to be refunded, I requested and obtained a chargeback on my credit card. Just save yourself time and avoid.

I have been with Banning dental group for the whole one year of my braces journey and everytime i came to the surgery, i was always greeted with a smile by Naj which made my visits just that much more welcoming and pleasant. I am also in love with the new smile Dr Carlos gave me and i have yet to stop smiling since my braces came off.

Thank you Banning Originally the cost went up due to a new dentist joining the team , but Banning have come through, thought of their patient and honoured the original costing quoted, which was of great relief to myself

Lost patience with this branch in Blackfriars. Totally unprofessional in the way they treated me. Needed to see a specialist about root canal procedures but appointment was cancelled on 3 occasions so decided to give up on this and just go ahead with 3 implants but on 2 separate occasions the dentist kept me waiting for over 20 minutes. In the end I felt that I should take my money elsewhere. I would advise anyone who is looking for a decent private dentist to avoid this one and spend your money with a practice that will do the job properly

The best dental clinic I’ve ever been too, everyone was super friendly, helpful and professional. The clinic itself beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great dentistry and an affordable price.
