I recently visited Banning Dental & Skin Clinique – Brentford as a new patient and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking my appointment online was quick and seamless, and upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Olga and Baljit, whose bubbly and cheerful demeanour immediately put me at ease. Their friendly approach, along with the thoughtful offer of a drink, made the experience feel both personal and inviting. During my checkup, Dr. Jafar Haerizadeh took the time to carefully listen to my concerns about chipped teeth and jaw pain. He introduced his nurse, Pourya, who was equally warm and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. Dr. Jafar conducted a thorough examination and provided a clear, detailed explanation of my treatment options, making sure I fully understood my choices. His professionalism, combined with his approachable manner, gave me complete confidence in my care. I also met Oscar, the Treatment Coordinator, who was exceptional in guiding me through my treatment plan. He booked all of my appointments and arranged for my Smile Club signup, which I look forward to enjoying all the benefits of. Oscar's thoroughness and positivity made the entire process feel effortless and reassuring. He even led me to the exit, where the reception team all warmly said goodbye. Before leaving, the team ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience. From start to finish, I felt truly valued and well cared for. Highly recommended!

Definitely 5 star treatment from Dr Rami at Banning in Leighton Buzzard. In Oct the start of my treatment for all on 4 implants and 2 seperate implants. I had 13 teeth taken out, no pain whatsoever, the all on 4 temporary implants fitted immediately drilled into the bone, no pain, no bruising a little swelling but omg how amazing they are. Consultation and Panoramic Xray free of charge, and other dentists charge £200 for the X-ray alone. The implants have to fuse to the jaw bone so this takes a few months as you can imagine. Reviews have been done to check that all is well. A further review today, all on 4 taken out, cleaned and impressions taken for the permanent teeth, gum opened for the 2 separate implants and stitched, no pain at all. 3 further visits before the all on 4 permanent teeth and the 2 further implants can be fitted. What professionalism, from the first visit. Not cheap, however the work that goes into this procedure is phenomenal. From Oct until now and 3 more visits or so until the work will be completed. Dr Rami, well what can I say, he is second to none, being 73 I had a fear of dentists however going through all of the procedures and not feeling a thing, from the injection right through to todays visit. I would so highly recommend Dr Rami. The thought of having “dentures” having to take them out at night, them not fitting properly them slipping and not being able to eat properly would have been horrendous. I have no worries about my implants and having “teeth” again fills me with confidence. Still a little way to go but thank you Dr Rami from the bottom of my heart your work and the work of the practise and technicians has been incredible, not quite finished yet but we’ll worth the cost, which I must say is cheaper than other quotes that I had received prior to closing Banning, but “go for it” I can assure you whether it is just 1 implant or the whole set, with Dr Rami you are in totally safe hands.

The most amazing customer service i have experienced at a dentist. I enquired about composite bonding and my consulation experience i had at the canning town branch was fantastic with Dr Dumitru. I was given an in depth scan and in depth information treatment options. I was then served by Laura who gave me further information on the treatment options and advised what is best. The best price i was given and she was so lovely and thoughful and gave me the best customer service. Went ahead with this due to my customer experience with both Dr Dumitru and Laura, and the treatment options and packages that are available you will not find elsewhere. Will 10000000000% recommend the canning town branch. Also the receptionist were so nice, didn't remember their names but lovely staff who work there

The clinic itself is modern and clean, They were accommodating when I had to reschedule an appointment last minute.

Absolutely brilliant service! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The reception team is friendly, and the dentist took the time to explain my treatment plan. I’ve had some bad experiences with other clinics, but this one exceeded my expectations. I’ve even started telling my friends about the Banning Dental Group, as they’re clearly setting a high standard in private dental care.
