Avoid the Chiswick clinic
This review is based on my interactions with the management at the Chiswick Banning Clinic. Simply put, they are unbelievably incompetent and dishonest. The first time I had to deal with them, I was waiting for the delivery of my retainers, which took over two months while it was supposed to be a couple of weeks. After much chasing and complaining, they "discovered" the parcel was lost and had to be reordered. Why it took them two months to find out is beyond me. Much more likely, they lost the parcel, took their time trying to find it, and eventually gave up. They also promised to post the retainers to my home address, which eventually didn't happen, and I had to travel to the clinic to pick them up. I then made the mistake of booking a skin treatment with them; they offered a discount if paying for the full treatment, which I did. Twice, I travelled to the clinic, but they didn't have the product for the treatment in stock. They were too incompetent or unbothered to call me ahead and spare me a trip. Obviously, after the second time, I asked for a refund, which they agreed to. After one week, I asked them for an update on the refund, to which they repeatedly asked to further inconvenience me by having a call to "explain the refund process". Annoyingly, the call was to try and sell me the treatment again with a further discount. When I refused and asked for a refund, they took my details and told me it would take up to 10 working days. Then, radio silence for weeks. Whenever I contacted them to ask for an update, they kept saying they were chasing it. Eventually, four weeks after I was supposed to be refunded, I requested and obtained a chargeback on my credit card. Just save yourself time and avoid.
