I found Axa Car Isurance on Confused.com after searching for a better price after a serious price rise by my previous insurer. Axa offered the very same Comprehensive Insurance, with identical services for a reduction of £145. No nonsense application....it was a no brainer to switch.
I recently rang for an estimated quotation for a new vehicle, as at the time I did not have a registration for the car. I very quickly received a quote back and was talked through the online process to change my insurance when the new vehicle information was available. I found the whole process took minutes to do and was very easy to follow.
My experience was easy and I had a very competitive quote far lease than the current provider. It's always wise to shop around otherwise you end up paying through the nose for the same thing.

Try to keep premium down.just bought second hand rover velar and had to pay over 200£ more which thought was a bit over the top.on top of what I had previously paid for my r rover which had done a little over 44000 miles.
A claim was made against my insurance which was paid i was stationary in a lay by yet they paid out. Hiking my insurance up from £59 to £284 a month outrageous.
My query was dealt with quickly and politely.

Helpful people . But you need people on the end of the phone to help and answer questions . We will not speak to a bot . Also you need to take payment over the phone. Not everyone can and has internet . Luckily your advisor helped us through the process as we were about to go with another company who would talk to us.
