DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL PUT A HARD DING ON YOUR CREDITAND THEN YOU WONT EVEN FROM A SINGLE PERSON. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The most egregious thing they did was start the process of putting the new lender as the lien holder for my vehicle with my insurance company and the DMV, without me having signed ANY loan paperwork. As part of the process, I did sign a limited power of attorney specifically for this, so once the loan terms were agreed upon and I signed the loan documents, they could easily make those changes. That said, I haven't even seen any of the loan documents, let alone signed ANYTHING. What they are doing is flat-out illegal. When I got the alert that this had been changed on my insurance policy, I immediately contacted the loan specialist I have been working with, and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard back from her. The second issue I had was basically a bait & switch. I had a pre-approval offer of an interest rate that was over 3% lower than my current rate. My goal was to refinance my car for a lower rate and lower payment. The interest rate they came back with wasn't even 1% lower than what I already have, so to get the lower payment, they extended the term of my loan by 10 months. And good luck getting a hold of their escalation department, you can't even leave a message. Thankfully, I have not signed any loan agreements as this company is SHADY AF. I wish I had read these reviews before I started the refi process. I trusted that CreditKarma would vet their partners beforehand, sadly, I guess if you pay enough to be listed on their site, they don't care.
Ryan was excellent throughout the entire process and provided excellent communication skills; keeping me updated throughout each step of the process. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Bait and switch! They'll lower your payments, BUY EXTENDING TERMS BY SEVERAL YEARS! All while RAISING the interest rate and then insult your intelligence by trying to sell you a Car Repair Contract that is included (of course) in your new (higher once you do the math) monthly Payments! If you use these folks you really need to buy a calculator and you probably flunked math. Congratulations, you are their perfect victim (customer)! Maybe they can sell you the Brooklyn Bridge too! Also, even if you decline their bogus offer it will effect your Credit Score! You've been warned!
Ta firma działa beznadziejnie, niejasne i cięzkie warunki otrzymania faktury.
They submitted my application and pulled my credit without my consent. This was only supposed to be a soft pull until they found a rate I was comfortable with pursuing then I got a notification that there was a hard inquiry on my credit report by a credit union that I had already told them I wasn’t interested in!
I visited autopay.com website to obtain quotes with the expectation of only a soft pull on my credit report. Despite not receiving any quotes and discontinuing the application, I later found that they performed a hard inquiry without my consent, negatively impacting my credit score. Efforts to resolve this with the company were unsuccessful as they refused to remove the inquiry and failed to substantiate their claim of using soft pulls, contrary to their website's information.
They showed me quotes of $313 a month for my car. After the credit check they offered me $450 a month with $2700 down payment. This was only $10 cheaper than my current loan so it makes no sense. Keep in mind I just made a 3k down payment a few weeks ago for the car. Also they try to get you to take a package deal that gives you insurance and gap protection.
Time Waste. Click on the little button that says Get Rate and instead you get a 15 min process of giving your info, incl social and never getting anything concrete. You also get blasted by texts, calls and emails. They represent x amount of lenders, and say something like: 'We have to send in all of your documents (incl paystub, even with excellent credit) for our underwriters to review, only then can we give you an actual rate you qualify for"
Took two hits on my credit for the worst approval for vehicle financing. I do not have a low score either and on time for all my bills. Mentioned my debt to income ratio which then she should not even done a hard inquiry. Loan specialist what a joke. Dealing with Amber sends you text like a child hey this hey that ya this ya that a lack of respect for the customer, very unprofessional. Should have read the reviews first.
Wasted time and effort. I was approved, but they needed this. And then that. But I'm definitely approved. Also paystubs. Actually a W2 as well. Almost ready. Here's a list of other things. A hard inquiry. They have the approval. They just need references. A wet signature. A note from my dentist. Unfortunately they can't get it funded. Has nothing to do with my great credit or great income. Just a detail the agent missed. The good news is that they can look for another lender after only a few more hard inquiries.
They will not have a refi loan for you anywhere near their advertised rate. They may not even have a loan for you in your area. But they Will want a hard inquiry on your credit report, even if you've been “pre approved” with the advertised ratr. You're better off staying away and just keep what you have, and avoid the hard inquiries.
