DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL PUT A HARD DING ON YOUR CREDITAND THEN YOU WONT EVEN FROM A SINGLE PERSON. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The most egregious thing they did was start the process of putting the new lender as the lien holder for my vehicle with my insurance company and the DMV, without me having signed ANY loan paperwork. As part of the process, I did sign a limited power of attorney specifically for this, so once the loan terms were agreed upon and I signed the loan documents, they could easily make those changes. That said, I haven't even seen any of the loan documents, let alone signed ANYTHING. What they are doing is flat-out illegal. When I got the alert that this had been changed on my insurance policy, I immediately contacted the loan specialist I have been working with, and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard back from her. The second issue I had was basically a bait & switch. I had a pre-approval offer of an interest rate that was over 3% lower than my current rate. My goal was to refinance my car for a lower rate and lower payment. The interest rate they came back with wasn't even 1% lower than what I already have, so to get the lower payment, they extended the term of my loan by 10 months. And good luck getting a hold of their escalation department, you can't even leave a message. Thankfully, I have not signed any loan agreements as this company is SHADY AF. I wish I had read these reviews before I started the refi process. I trusted that CreditKarma would vet their partners beforehand, sadly, I guess if you pay enough to be listed on their site, they don't care.

I have a car loan for my new auto (Nov 2023). I paid the balance down quite a bit so was looking to refinance at a lower rate. My initial conversation with them told me that they could beat my present loan but to do that I would need to go through the app process and incur one hard credit pull. I agreed and the process was started. I got a call a day or so later from a loan agent assigned to my case - needed to confirm some info. I was busy at that time so asked them to call back. After over a week of me calling back with no response, I elevated to her manager who reassigned my case to another loan agent. They told me the first place that did the hard pull could not beat my rate so they were checking other options - and ding, another hard pull. This second person was very responsive, but the APR on the new rate (although technically the interest rate was lower) was higher than my present loan (due to additional fees to be charged of over $500)! I declined and re-locked my credit to avoid any additional dings. Bottom line, end result was 2 hard credit pulls with nothing to show for it. Had they inquired into my credit with a soft pull, they could have seen I have a high credit score and could have saved me a lot of time giving me some representative rates. Don't waste your time with this outfit.

Kupowałem winietę, otrzymałem info, że płatność została zaksięgowana i w następnej wiadomości (do 15min) otrzymam winietę. Wyraźnie zaznaczyli, żebym nie wjeżdżał do Austrii przed otrzymaniem drugiej wiadomości. Ponieważ był to piątek wieczór uzyskanie pomocy było nie możliwe. Ponownie zakupiłem winietę na innej stronie. W poniedziałek dostałem odpowiedź, że winieta została wysłana i nie mogę oczekiwać zwrotu pieniędzy. Bardzo spodobało mi się podejście: u nas działa, nie nasz problem. I received a letter stating I could refi my auto loan. The quote was i could save $72. a month with an interest rate of 1.2% less what i am paying now. Gave the agent all my info, and was contacted later with a loan specialist.Even though I have owned my house for over 27 years, and my credit score is 871, they said I can only get a rate .6% higher but can take out a longer term loan. First of all I was insulted what they explained to me and also believe they throw a much better rate at you to pursue the offer. BAD CHOICE who is reading this truthful and accurate review.
Said I was approved and that they would follow up with a call or email never received anything.So I had received a text from them so I sent back a message asking about what was going on they replied with , we have called several times sent emails and now it’s cancelled so the person said if it was ok if they put it through again, I said yes ,then the exact same thing its a merry go round of nonsense. Don’t waste your time…
I wanted to get my truck refinanced and thought Autopay would help. I was wrong!! My application kept getting canceled. I did it 3 times. Finally I called and was given a bs answer. No call, no email, no letter in the mail explaining anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Started an online pre-qualification application for auto refinancing that was not supposed to affect my credit...Well, as soon as I left the website, inquiries started popping up!! I called them and was told I should have done the pre-qualification on the phone and there wouldn't have been a hard inquiry. We'll, that's not what the website says!! I was also to that they won't help with removing those inquiries!! The website clearly states there will be no affect to your credit, but that is a lie!! NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES IT SAY YOU NEED TO CALL FOR A PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR NO AFFECT TO YOUR CREDIT!!! .....I DEFINITELY DO NOT TRUST THEM!! What they are doing is false advertising!!
