What they did was actually ILLEGAL
The most egregious thing they did was start the process of putting the new lender as the lien holder for my vehicle with my insurance company and the DMV, without me having signed ANY loan paperwork. As part of the process, I did sign a limited power of attorney specifically for this, so once the loan terms were agreed upon and I signed the loan documents, they could easily make those changes. That said, I haven't even seen any of the loan documents, let alone signed ANYTHING. What they are doing is flat-out illegal. When I got the alert that this had been changed on my insurance policy, I immediately contacted the loan specialist I have been working with, and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard back from her. The second issue I had was basically a bait & switch. I had a pre-approval offer of an interest rate that was over 3% lower than my current rate. My goal was to refinance my car for a lower rate and lower payment. The interest rate they came back with wasn't even 1% lower than what I already have, so to get the lower payment, they extended the term of my loan by 10 months. And good luck getting a hold of their escalation department, you can't even leave a message. Thankfully, I have not signed any loan agreements as this company is SHADY AF. I wish I had read these reviews before I started the refi process. I trusted that CreditKarma would vet their partners beforehand, sadly, I guess if you pay enough to be listed on their site, they don't care.

Worst loan shopping experience EVER!!!!!!
Most awful ever for me. I wish I could give 0 stars. People who are calling you have no decency and also give you wrong information. They asked me all the information and pulled my credit and could not give me any rate options because car does not have registration yet which they knew from beginning. They keep calling me about my VIN and mileage even though I gave them over the call. If you respect your time please dont use their services.

Big Fraud company/broker
Hi, There should be an option to give zero star. Be careful about this BROKER. Better go ahead with legit sources. Autopay agent collected all information, I clearly mentioned my interest of refinance and promised me interest rate in higher 4’s below 5 and ran hard enquiry on credit. When another agent called me, he mentioned rate below 5 is highly impossible in this market, there are other factors to comsider and all. If you are agent and you have all my information in front of you and i knew my credit was good then you would have told me before hand that we can’t promise below 5 interest rate. This company is big scam. Careful with agent :Merethah polk She doesn’t know anything about loan and all.

Misleading at best, bait-and-switch at worst.
Mailer from Autopay promised me a 5.1% refinance rate, down from 6.49%. Went through entire application process, hard credit pull, everything looked good. Received a call from a rep who told me I had excellent credit, but 5.1% wasn't available in my area. Best he could do was 6.25% on a shorter-term loan that would dramatically increased my monthly payments.

Mam zalozona w autopay apke na przejazd samochodow firmowych po autostradach A2-A4. Od 3 lat co roku w styczniu pobierana jest oplata z konta ponad 300zl. ( kazdy samochod ponad 100zl ). Place za kazdy przejazd a i tak co roku pobieraja kwote nie wiadomo za co. Pisanie maili bez odpowiedzi. Nie da rady uzyskac w tej firmie informacji. Telefon to automat a mail bez odpowiedzi od 2 lat. Napisalem kilka. Czas skonczyc z ta firma bo to jacys zlodzieje. Koszty nie wiadomo za co! Za 3 lata pobrali mi ponad 1000zl

They said I was approved
They said I was approved, forget to submit paperwork to lender on time, then loan was cancelled They did call me back as promised below to say they were no busy to process my loan over holidays. Don't waste hours on the phone with these people for nothing.

UPDATES! They will lie to you about getting a refund for an extended warranty if you don't use it.
2nd Update: No one has reached back out since my initial review. Dishonest company with dishonest practices looking to scam money out of you with false promises. STAY AWAY! Update: After posting this review they reached out. They promised to have the rep I worked with's supervisor call me. It's been a few weeks and crickets. My review still stands, STAY AWAY!!! Refinanced with them in '21. They got me a really good rate @ 2.9% but lied about the extended warranty. I wasn't going to get it because I would exceed the milage within a year or 2 tops because I drive a lot for work. They promised that if I didn't use it I would get a full refund. Well I reached back out when I reached the mileage and the refund dept. refused to issue the refund and the rep that I went through, who still works there, refuses to return any calls, text messages, or emails. I can't get a supervisor to return a call either.

Don’t believe the pre-approval letter!
I received a pre-approval letter saying they can save me $163 a month and get about a .75% rate reduction. Sure, the letter is not a guarantee but I have excellent credit, high income, and they already knew all the details of my existing loan and car. I went through their rather lengthy application and document request list. They pulled my credit even though the website said it would be pulled during the application process! Rather than be straight forward and upfront about the rate, they kept calling me and emailing me to provide them with additional information. Finally, I got to the end of the process and found out they would not be able to give me the rate listed in the letter and I was told they could only offer me a HIGHER rate than I currently have! The only reasoning was due to vehicle history and nothing changed with my vehicle between them sending the letter and me applying. I feel that their marketing practices are extremely deceptive and they never intended to give me the promised rate. Now they have all my information. These guys need to be investigated and shut down!!

FALSE ADVERTISER
FALSE ADVERTISER. Offered a sub 5% rate with 84 months on Credit Karma. Accept their offer with my 800+ credit rating and they HARD pulled my credit.. only to be called and told I have to decrease the term of my loan to receive a sub 8% offer. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND TOTAL SCAM.

I was going to refinance my auto loan with them. I was approved by the lender then the loan manager kept taking calls and would not reply to my emails. I will not be using them and now I have a credit pulls. Great.
