DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL PUT A HARD DING ON YOUR CREDITAND THEN YOU WONT EVEN FROM A SINGLE PERSON. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The most egregious thing they did was start the process of putting the new lender as the lien holder for my vehicle with my insurance company and the DMV, without me having signed ANY loan paperwork. As part of the process, I did sign a limited power of attorney specifically for this, so once the loan terms were agreed upon and I signed the loan documents, they could easily make those changes. That said, I haven't even seen any of the loan documents, let alone signed ANYTHING. What they are doing is flat-out illegal. When I got the alert that this had been changed on my insurance policy, I immediately contacted the loan specialist I have been working with, and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard back from her. The second issue I had was basically a bait & switch. I had a pre-approval offer of an interest rate that was over 3% lower than my current rate. My goal was to refinance my car for a lower rate and lower payment. The interest rate they came back with wasn't even 1% lower than what I already have, so to get the lower payment, they extended the term of my loan by 10 months. And good luck getting a hold of their escalation department, you can't even leave a message. Thankfully, I have not signed any loan agreements as this company is SHADY AF. I wish I had read these reviews before I started the refi process. I trusted that CreditKarma would vet their partners beforehand, sadly, I guess if you pay enough to be listed on their site, they don't care.
Ryan was excellent throughout the entire process and provided excellent communication skills; keeping me updated throughout each step of the process. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Where to start, we didn't go through with the refinance, thankfully. But, they are a horrible, horrible company to use to refinance a loan First of all, I had no idea that they were just a broker. They drug the process out for over 2 weeks. They don't respond to your emails, texts or calls. When I told them to stop the transaction, we were no longer interested, THEN they emailed me! The rep told me it was already in progress and I couldn't stop it, Ha! I called the company it's financed with now and they noted my account to not let it go through. I also called my insurance and told them not to change the Lender! It's stopped now! Don't use this company, they are awful with apparently hidden fees from what I've read. Thankfully we stopped it before it actually went through. Never again

I wanted to refinance my car so I contacted autopay! They seemed to ask appropriate questions to give a rate, however, their savings wasn’t so terrific, plus the representative took my odometer wrong and proceeded to quote a rate. In they ran my credit more than once with some lame excuse for doing it! I gave them a second chance to honor the rate and terms they submitted and they never got back to me. The customer service is horrible! Stay away from this company!

nie polecam, odrzucili mi weryfikację sklepu z powodu zbyt krótkiego okresu prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej, lepiej pójść do konkurencji

Horrible experience, Credit Karma told me I qualified for a refinance through auto pay. I applied and it told me to upload my documents but the portal wouldn’t take my files. It was Sunday nobody was open. So I figured id call tomorrow on Monday. In the middle of the night I get a email saying they can’t beat my current payment through Toyota. Total scam and I’m pissed at credit karma for misleading me.

Total bait and switch scam, don't do it. Autopay isn't the lender. The rate that you agree to in the beginning is not real, after taking your info and doing a hard inquiry they come back with a rate that is much higher (5% higher in my case), they want a significant fee ($550), and require that the loan gets paid down first. If you don't explicitly tell them to stop, they continue to run your credit with different lenders and produce additional terrible deals. Go with a direct lender, save you money, time and credit.

Soooo Disappointed! Misleading and false advertising! I have an excellent credit score. Advertising implied Autopay would substantially lower my interest rate. However, they lowered my rate only a small amount and wanted to charge a fee to do it. Not only was the interest rate difference not worth pursuing, there was never a mention of a fee! Watch out for these people!

After being told I could get a better interest rate and lower payment, they told me I could do that if I gave them a down payment. I could have gotten a lower payment when I bought the car if I put more down. That is just basic finance info, put more down, get lower payment. Not helpful!
