What they did was actually ILLEGAL
The most egregious thing they did was start the process of putting the new lender as the lien holder for my vehicle with my insurance company and the DMV, without me having signed ANY loan paperwork. As part of the process, I did sign a limited power of attorney specifically for this, so once the loan terms were agreed upon and I signed the loan documents, they could easily make those changes. That said, I haven't even seen any of the loan documents, let alone signed ANYTHING. What they are doing is flat-out illegal. When I got the alert that this had been changed on my insurance policy, I immediately contacted the loan specialist I have been working with, and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard back from her. The second issue I had was basically a bait & switch. I had a pre-approval offer of an interest rate that was over 3% lower than my current rate. My goal was to refinance my car for a lower rate and lower payment. The interest rate they came back with wasn't even 1% lower than what I already have, so to get the lower payment, they extended the term of my loan by 10 months. And good luck getting a hold of their escalation department, you can't even leave a message. Thankfully, I have not signed any loan agreements as this company is SHADY AF. I wish I had read these reviews before I started the refi process. I trusted that CreditKarma would vet their partners beforehand, sadly, I guess if you pay enough to be listed on their site, they don't care.

Not only did it take 2 weeks to get me an offer but the person handling my information kept pushing a warranty, already have one. Have an 810 credit score and a paid off house. Supposedly my offer was going to be 2% lower and about $100 cheaper, all good. The final offer was for 1.4% cheaper but somehow my payment went from mine at $449 to theirs at $446, and I had paid my original loan down $3k in the 3 months since buying the truck. My loan calculator showed me with the numbers being offered it should have been ~$410. Definitely felt like a bait and switch. Decided to write this after receiving another letter with similar misleading information.

Don’t know why but auto pay is playing…
Don’t know why but auto pay is playing games with me. It says online that they found a new person to finance my car but when I call them, they tell me if there is nobody and my application is very old but the first person that I talk to seen my app from September but tells me that nobody wants to refinance for me, but they can’t explain why it says online that they’re just waiting for the current financer to send over information. I think they’re a joke. Will not let me speak with any management and cannot explain to me what’s going on.

I almost refinanced my auto loan through this company. You may want to look into going with a direct lender instead of a third party who would have charged me a fee for their service. I didn't know about it until I found it in the paperwork. He didn't even tell me about it. I felt pressured to sign and send in everything ASAP without having a chance to review all the paperwork. It seemed like he would get a commission for selling me extras like GAP insurance or extended warranties. Read everything in detail before signing anything. The rate he found me wasn't even the best rate available by the credit union, something I discovered after I went to their website and searched directly.

Z całego multum potwierdzeń z aplikacji banku uwagę mą przykuł przelew na 4 PLN w dniu 26.09.2024. Wszystko byłoby ok, bo korzystałem z ich usług wcześniej, 2 lata temu kiedy zdarzyło mi się jechać płatną autostradą. Problem w tym, że obecnie od dni 7 jestem na urlopie za granicą, a auto grzecznie stoi tam gdzie stało (w garażu). Według firmy i aplikacji autopay tak jednak nie jest, bo jak się okazuje jeżdżę po galeriach handlowych(?) we Wrocławiu i parkuję na płatnych parkingach??? Z ciekawości jak i złości zajrzałem do historii transakcji i jak się okazuje regularnie mój 20+ letni samochód autonomicznie porusza się po mieście parkując w różnych płatnych miejscach ściągając regularnie pieniądze z mojej karty. Zadziwiające, że w Polsce takie działanie jest legalne? Nie wiem co dziwi bardziej, kradzież środków z konta czy fakt, że moja skoda z 2000 roku potrafi sama się uruchomić i bez kierowcy zrobić kurs na 20 km po mieście, żeby zaparkować w przeludnionej galerii handlowej? Transakcji naliczyłem ok 34 na kwotę ponad 1200 PLN :) No cóż, jest to już kwota, którą pozwala na działania prawne - pozdrawiam :)

Beware of the Deception where they offer you an approved loan and then they blast your application around and you get hit with a bunch of inquiries. This will be a legal matter. Interestingly you will find a dozen or so complaints about the same abuse
