Availability of spare parts is good and delivery is quite fast, but their service/return policy is absolutely crap. I've been trying to return some a wrong welded exhaust pipe since beginning of May and unfortunately there is no end in sight.

Easy ordering process and lots of different brands available. Prices so much cheaper than my local motor factors that I hold a trade accounts with. I’m finding that it’s much more cost effective to order from Autodoc, unless I’m needing parts urgently on the same day.

On placing order for Audi Window regulator, tracking number was sent immediately, so assumed dispatch would be next day. Waited over a week but Evri never received parts to deliver. Trying to make contact with someone was almost impossible. Live chat is a waste of time and you go round in circles. On second week, finally managed to talk to a person on Chat, but they said they had technical issues and could not check my order (how very convenient). Finally sent me a refund with no explanation to why the delay. Lost two weeks waiting for a part. Very poor customer service and don’t bother with the live chat. Will not use again!

Provided reg and vin number and the parts did not fit the vehicle, even after a technician at Autodoc had confirmed they fit. Didn't use the safe order system this time as had no issues on previous orders. Cost to return is half of what will be refunded so not worth it. Consider that their system may not always be correct and that their returns process is terrible if you don't pay for the additional safe order at checkout.

I ordered some oil. Website says £4 delivery. Actually charged £8 delivery and £4 for safe delivery do £12. Cancelled immediately and assumed that was the end of it. But days later I got an invoice and email saying delivery in progress and too late to cancel.
