On placing order for Audi Window regulator, tracking number was sent immediately, so assumed dispatch would be next day. Waited over a week but Evri never received parts to deliver. Trying to make contact with someone was almost impossible. Live chat is a waste of time and you go round in circles. On second week, finally managed to talk to a person on Chat, but they said they had technical issues and could not check my order (how very convenient). Finally sent me a refund with no explanation to why the delay. Lost two weeks waiting for a part. Very poor customer service and don’t bother with the live chat. Will not use again!
