AutoDoc have provides many brands and many parts for all my cars over the time I have used them. I find the website and app very easy to use and the prices are very competitive. Once ordered I find the delivery can take a while but it seems most parts come from Germany so this explains the longer delivery times. All in all I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality parts at sensible prices.

Bought tpms that the site said was compatible with my car, fitted and it isn't compatible even though they say it is. Messaged them for a refund or a replacement and they will get back in touch, no reply from a poor outfit avoid buying off these

Not UK based, despite the co.uk web address, they're in Germany & Poland - is that legal?? Takes several days to even dispatch the goods, I've had to cancel my order & hope I get my money back. Customer service very abrupt, slow & poor

Would be very helpful if parts had OE reference numbers. Description a little confusing. Fo examples “dust shield left and right” led me to think I would get one of each as I could see no way of stipulating which.

Second time I had to replace my brake pads and re ordered the same set as last time and very happy with them

The courier company Evri lost the order. However the trust team at AUTODOC were really responsive and quickly put a replacement in the post. The communication was very good.

Kate was superb, she managed to cut through the company's nonsense and resolved the problem in a timely and efficient manner. AUTODOC - it no good being the cheapest if you can't fulfill your customers needs in an efficient manner, I won't buy from you again.
