Fine unless the part they send you is faulty…… Bought a part from this company but when it arrived it was faulty. Because we had to go through Autodoc warranty process the replacement part took nearly two weeks to arrive. Six weeks on and still they have not settled our warranty claim. Everything is done by email (if they respond) and they ask for new information everytime rather than just asking for the correct information at the start. I am so frustrated with the lack of customer service, I asked for this claim to be looked at by management on 2/7/25 which they confirmed they had done but no one has been in touch. Today they sent an email saying they have closed my case. Unless you have nothing better to do with your time than chase this faceless company through their warranty process, I would avoid using them at all costs.

I have used this company a few times over the past 12 months or so. I’m very pleased with the products, and also the after sales service. I needed advice and assistance in relation to a past order and a current order - I was given excellent assistance by John Lerman. 5 star company.

I have used AUTODOC many times Shower on this occasion I needed a part asap It took a long time for order confirmation And had to pay shipping. At the shipping cost weekend delivery should e valid as the additional cost put me in a dilemma to use another firm giving to wait for the item

Website good. Order processing slow. Look out for long delivery times from Germany. Cancelled my order reordered from PIM cheaper and delivered in two days.

Purchased a 3rd brake light from a reccomendation from Autodoc. I puchased the extra payment if not installed can return at the sellers cost. It is the wrong part. On the website it's says I cannot return. Communicated with chat & have been told I have to wait 48 hours for a decision if I can return it or not. Paid the safe payment so could return. Customer service terrible. Update. Label has been sent to return. FOC Refund on its way.

Arrived within 2 days, great service, part hopefully being fitted Fri fingers crossed it fits, bmw 5 gt front passenger central locking, never had to do a return yet 😎👍
