Well packaged fast delivery. The website is comprehensive with competitive pricing structure. But the website does seem to find some problems communicating with my PC.

If ZERO stars was a choice it would be used,!! Placed an order for a driveshaft to repair my mother's disability car, order went through received and email with both billing and shipping address on it!! Couple days later I received another email stating my address has changed, I checked on evri my postcode wasn't correct, I contact autodoc and they tell me a postcode I've never seen before!! They then proceeded to tell me to purchase another driveshaft whilst they wait for 3 delivery attempts to an address with no door number! Then for it to be sent back to them which I'll assume will take 7 to 10 days!! Then and only then will they issue a refund HAHA that's another 7 to 10 working day wait time so approximately 14 to 17 days from now if at all!! Now please someone tell me if I'm crazy? Insert wrong address purposely! Demand another item is bought so £104 x 2 = £208 interest incurred on money from both items means they get more than what they sell them for with this cheeky scam takes the biscuit! In response to their reply below!! Funny how PayPal are involved and I have a completely DIFFERENT story being fed to me with a return was put in place!!

Excellent, this time my parcel was on the smaller size and it got to us in the usual 4working days, the assistant bot could use some updates but after you get an operator to check parts for you its all good. Thanks again for your help

I ordered a set of basically the most high end brake disks available on the site as well as brake pads all round, and while it didn’t take very ling for the stuff to get here i found that their ‘compatibility’ note on their products isn’t accurate as the disks for the rear of my car didn’t fit, when the site said that they did. Nonetheless, submitted a return request and heard nothing back for a while until i got in touch with them and then they sent me the documents to include with the items being returned, which as soon as i knew the rear disks wouldn’t fit i put then straight back in the box, enclosed it in a cardboard box added the documentation and took it to the post office to return it, that was on the 12th of June.. Fast forward to the 5th of July, i have been in touch multiple times and still no sign of my refund. They’re claiming that it’s in their warehouse and they’re awaiting the condition validation.. But i’ve been waiting almost a month for a resolution to this situation, whatsmore when the disks actually arrived they had some scratches on the text which i didn’t complain about as they’re brake disks… Overall, if you can get what you’re looking for elsewhere then i would do that, so long as you can verify that the return situation is good, because we all make mistakes and when it comes to cars ordering the wrong thing and having to return it is very common, but when a company like this has such a terrible return process i think they’re best avoided.
