Parts are a good price but delivery takes far too long and my car is still of the road.

Brakes weren't the right ones

It is a terrible company, they added charges to the order not shown at the online checkout like safe order charge and delivery. The items arrived with no instructions for fitting and none available online either so I informed autodoc but they never responded with instructions so I returned items but you don't get all the costs you incurred refunded. The online support is 99% automated so it's wasted my money and hours of my time. Avoid!

Purchased an auto parts on the 19 of April 2025 worth £342, as what it says it the correspondence the item will be dispatch 1-2 working days, the item was just dispatch today 29/04/2025, why it take time than what it was stated.

Delivery information kept me updated Delivered on time item as described at a good price.

Ordered parts and as usual Evri delivered but to the wrong address I had confirmation that the delivery was not received by me and sent this to AUTODOC Still over a week later from sending this there is still no refund and no acknowledgement that I had not received the items Had to get from a reputable supplier in the end Wonder how long AUTODOC will hold on to my money for parts not received I will think carefully before ordering anything again from these ! Beware !!!! Update Well after many messages and a lot of chasing I eventually got my refund, this took far longer than it should have done even 2 weeks after the courier confirmed they had delivered the parcel to the wrong address I did struggle to get my refund which should not have been the case maybe AUTODOC need to review there policy for refunds and not make customers feel they are lying !

Autodoc's prices are extremely competitive, and generally delivery is only a few days. I always pay the little extra to be able to return items for a refund if necessary. I have only used this returns feature one time, but it was easy. As we all know, car parts vary a lot. Autodoc sent me exactly what I had ordered, it just so happened that I ordered slightly the wrong part. The only time I would not use Autodoc is if I need a part within the hour, and I use a local dealer, but it is always way more expensive that way.

Do not use this site if you need something in a hurry, I ordered on Saturday and as of Tuesday it's still not been collected from them by delivery company! they charged £8.45 for Delivery and £3.95 for safe order what ever that means. It was also not clear from the website that they are in Berlin Latest update They arrived on the 30/04/2025 but I can't find a Garage that can program them to my car, this was the top pick from Autodoc after putting in my reg number and details, my car is know out of MOT and off the road until I can find a fix thanks AUTODOC.CO.UK

Edited this review following the aftercare from Autodoc I received. I was struck by the kindest and efficiency of the team member that contacted me (Xena Oliver). It all fitted in line with the way the company and app is configured and I was half surprised and also somewhat not having seen how great the company seem to be. Must add. The parts that arrived were so well packed and presented and exactly what they promised I needed for the car. I will use them later. Thanks. ☺️ Great app, great deals, great communication, great wisdom in terms of products, masses of stock… BUT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ …Hugely let down by the courier they choose in the UK. EVRI ⭐️😞😞😞😞 I was so surprised when I placed my order with AUTODOC and I got a notification that they had chose to use EVRI. It didn’t seem to fit in line with the efficiency and organisation of the AUTODOC brand. It took nine days from the point my order landed in the UK for it to arrive at my house at which point I’d already collected some oil and spare parts from Halfords as they were semi urgent I’m a little bit dubious, probably very dubious to use AUTODOC again because of this… Sadly
