Sorry , been buying from Autodoc for years …but the new BOt is recommending wrong parts and the shipping ( more or less the depot side part of picking the parts is to long .. more then a week to give it to evry…. Plus this random discount isn’t as before .
Parts are good quality and ordering is easy and delivery fast.Only problem for non German cars is that you must be sure parts fit as many non German cars may be same make and model but parts will be different depending on if its diesel,petrol or other differences.
Items I ordered turned up before their due date, very happy. But the bonus points and deductions reset itself one day before a large bonus was due, not happy. Other than that it’s a great website I love it and all the videos are great, I’ve told all my friends and colleagues about it..and they will be signing up soon. Thank You Auto Doc.

Have been trying for a while to claim warranty on a failed aircon compressor but the online reporting with a bot seems ineffective! Did manage once to contact a live person but cannot seem to contact again. How can I progress this? Am losing faith in Autodoc!
