De order not even was damaged only installed and wanted to rerun it the AUTODOC not accepted order number 140111004 bad experience I never will order at this webshop again

Good kit at good prices soused from around the world and of good quality

Almost 4 weeks since I ordered my original part which Evri the courier they used lost it. Autodoc are sending a replacement, but there is absolutely no urgency on it at all. After 4 days the tracking hasn't changed, says awaiting payment. Apparently this will change tomorrow and my part is still being sent out at no extra cost as it should be. They are unable to fast track this parcel what so ever an you just need to wait the same amount of processing time as well as delivery time. Do not use this company if you need a part in a hurry, or a while to be fair. I'm really disappointed:(

Always seem to have issues in aquiring parts for my 2011 1.2 diesel vw polo. There have been to many times when i have sort parts from "other sources" only for them to fail after a few month or not fit at all. I have used Autodoc quite a few times without having any issues.They make sure that ordered parts are compatable and are of excellent quality at competative prices.Ok so you have to pay for postage that may take a day or two longer than other suppliers.But by having better quality parts makes it worth while.I have yet to be disapointed in their service.Cannot recommend them enoUGH

I've had a great experience ordering from Autodoc. Their prices are incredibly cheap compared to other car part retailers, and the quality of the parts is just as good. The packaging was secure and everything arrived in perfect condition. Their service is also very efficient – the whole process from ordering to delivery was smooth and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be using Autodoc again for any future car parts I need. Highly recommended!

Great Service, Arrived early..

Placed an order with the company and after 4 days they emailed me informing that they are still waiting on a part I ordered even though the item is still showing as "in stock" on their website. When I enquired, they are asking me to wait for the item to be delivered to their warehouse and wait another 7 days for delivery. Also, no apologise from the customer services agent when I spoke to them.

I ordered on 2 separate occasions parts for my vehicle, service kit and front brake pads. Both orders was delivered within a timely manner and undamaged. I’m happy with my overall all expense.

I purchased the product in January and also bought unconditional refund insurance. However, after the goods arrived, I found they were unusable. I immediately submitted a refund request and returned the goods to them. But after that, I didn't receive any news about my order. I contacted them several months later, and they then told me that the product could not be refunded and that I would have to pay the shipping costs to have the product returned to me.🤡

Sent the wrong parts, and we're unable to supply the correct items. However they arranged for the easy return of the wrong items and credited me accordingly

Good quality starter motor (same make as original component) for a good price.

mega slow delivery..1 week for a sensor !!!!! nowhere near good enough ...i should have purchased locally..definitely will not use again...deleted the app !!!!!!
