Perfect product and packaging but I don't remember seeing anywhere it would be a few days for delivery
Been on here before about AUTODOC. I orded stuff originally that took way too long to arrive. Then one of the parts wasn’t matched to my car. The other one I didn’t need sent it back and also been in touch and had no reply about my refund. I honestly would stay away u can get parts faster if you pay just that little bit more and get a refund if it’s wrong. I am not £28 out of pocket and had no contact with @Autodoc even when I have sent emails
Excellent Service and top quality products
Ordered a clutch kit and flywheel for a VW crafter on 9th May. It came poorly packed from supplier so the clutch plate and slave cylinder arrived damaged. A return was accepted but I had to wait until autodoc had it back and inspected it before a replacement was sent because “it costs too much”. Unnecessary delay for the customer. The replacement, again came poorly packed. This time just the slave cylinder was broken. They did send out a replacement, but just the slave cylinder so it arrived quicker. I finally received everything I ordered un-damaged on 13th June. I have been without my van for over a month. However, it is the first issue I’ve had with Autodoc, but just bare this in mind when ordering something very heavy/multiple items in a box like this form them.
Would give less (18-6-25) twice ordered, twice screwed over the delivery times are an absolute joke. and always an excuse for a delay. the live chat is a bot and the people in the call center arent much help either its a good thing its not like they sell components required to keep things on the road safe. oh wait you are? either reduce inventory or update to we might send it to you. you said 1 - 2 buisness days and still had a delay of 1-2 days sent out on midnight of the 2nd day. you use the worst courier service imaginable to cut costs. you charge too much for the delivery. and to cap it off your prices are barely better than some other retailers at times. edit due to reply needs clarification generic email. does not help, nothing they can do. "1-2 days to send" please note hiding the real delivery times in a separate section, not the one label as delivery is misleading at best. You also lack an address of the fact you use the least reliable, responsive and most delayed courier service. You open your mouth and just make it worse. i wish people had the backbone to actually speak the truth and not accept over a week to get items as acceptable. if China can deliver in 3 days why does it take in excess of 5 to get from you? Matter still remains would give less, DO NOT USE!!!!!! Edit 2: 19-6-24 Requested further information - order numbers and phone number and email address otherwise review will be removed. guess thats how they have only positive reviews on this site. Edit 3: 23-6-24 request for the same information in the hope that i dont send it? its already sent! Is this to get a review removed in 3 days? More questionable ethics from a scummy company! DO NOT USE. MADE WORSE!!!

Send parts got 2 left instead of left and right wouldn't buy from again car stripped and wrong parts will just be going to my local parts store
Great prices and what I assume great products because I still haven’t received it yet, only because this company likes to send their parcels to customers with the worst delivery company in existence EVRI. Good luck buying anything of value because they will just deliver it to any address within 5 miles with the same number as your address… I have a blind mate with a better sense of direction. ALL Autodoc needs is the option to NOT use EVRI. Parcel is currently either on a random street corner or being held hostage by EVRI. Hopefully one day I will receive what I ordered

Returns process is dreadful, never using them again. Took ages for the parcel to get to them, then takes 14 days just to look at it. The agents are unsympathetic and just continue saying the same line from their script. When the chat goes well the transcript always works, when its an unhappy customer it never works. What a load of rubbish. UPDATE: Autodoc contacted me and refunded me my money which is apprecaited. I still stand by my comments that the returnd process is awful and because of this I am unlikley to use them again as I just simply cant wait that long for returns. I will stick to local companies.

Great service items arrived quickly. Box was damaged for the replacement caliper but the caliper was OK.
