Excellent company, genuine parts and normally at less than half price, the only downside is it takes a bit longer for delivery but definitely worth it.

As usual, everything I needed was in stock and sensibly priced. Good job guys

Great choice of parts at great prices.

I needed specific gas struts for an Alfa Romeo. Really tricky to identify the correct ones and even using the part number printed on the old ones, I ordered the wrong ones. I went through the returns process, printed the label and sent them back same day. Identified the correct struts by exact measurement and force and these fitted. Just received the refund. The speed of delivery is quite surprisingly fast and although they are a huge company the order and return processes work well.

Wide range of parts, good price, but long delivery time(a few days) However if you don't need spare parts quickly, then Autodoc is a good choice.

All stuff has been delivered but there was a problem to track delivery and I haven't been informed when package will arrive

Customer service has always been really helpful when checking part numbers, very reasonably priced and plenty of choice. Iv spent a lot with Autodoc but the problem is when you have an issue. They did replace the faulty part but it is quite slow and you don’t get any labour back so sometimes it works out not cost effective as you end up paying 2 x lots of labour which a garage would cover if they supplied the part. I was also sent a replacement which was instantly faulty so ended up paying 3 x times which is frustrating.

Purchased a Fuel pressure regulator for my qashqai . Part worked of 3 days then I kept getting fault messages. Contacted Autodoc regarding the problem and was emailed correspondence which stipulated that I would be contacted between 24 - 48hr , 96hrs later and I have not heard a word. All I want to know is the faulty part going to be replaced or am I going to get a refund so I can go else where. At present I am driving a car that judders due to a faulty regulator , not over pleased with lack of customer service.
