Ordered from them on 12 June and still haven't received my item, 11 days later. I believe this is to do with the shipping company. Autodoc have been no help, they won't contact the shipping company and they won't refund me. Totally useless! I've now been informed it might take 14 days to sort out the lost parcel. I have no idea whether it will be replaced, or I will get refunded. This means I can't even buy it from elsewhere. It just gets worse

Great price for Mazda CX5 discs and pads set. I was very positively surprised with the speed of the delivery. I was worried that it would be longer, given that the company is in Germany, but it was delivered before given deadline. This was my 5th purchase from this shop and I was never let down bybtgem.
