I don't know how some of these reviews say they had a quick delivery ,this is my 3rd and final time using them now as the saving is not worth the wait or misinformation, Placed a order on a Monday, Thursday told order sent out on the Tuesday by Friday courier still waiting to pick up.

Very impressed with this company, so much so that I sought out this forum to add my own review. Did an online search and found autodoc to be very good price-wise. On this occasion I bought brake discs and pads but ended up not using the discs. Hadn't opened the box so auto doc gave me a free parcel return slip and I had a full refund for the unused items. This was the second time that I'd bought from them and I will definitely use them in the future. Their online help and email correspondence was also very good. Edit - having posted this I started reading the 1 star reviews and although I obviously can't comment on anyone else's experience, I feel I should add some extra detail of my own experience......my first search on autodoc's site led to a confusion in regard to the correct pads and discs for my vw Passat. Because it was a German site I was a little apprehensive about purchasing the wrong parts but then I discovered they had an online assistant. From memory I didn't get a lot of satisfaction from it until I asked it to connect me to a human.....which it did....the chap who answered couldn't have been more helpful and even emailed me back later on with confirmation of the parts because I gave him my VIN number. Morale of the story (to ensure correct parts) is get your VIN!

Terrible customer services,avoid!!! This is my second account i have opened with autodoc after closing my first one after a bad experince with them. This was one of my biggest mistakes! Waste of time/money and a lot of headaches!!! Order no 140333445 Update 04/07/2025 I finally received a replacement for the parcel lost by evri,order no 140333445 from 09/06/2025. Autodoc and evri customer services not helpfull at all. It took autodoc nearly one month to fulfill the order, after many emails back and fourth with them and evri. This is not acceptable in 2025! Everyone can make their own mind about autodoc,my advice would be to "don't waste your time!" Their £20 voucher offer, that i "kindly" refused, won't make me change my opinion about them!

Communication from the delivery company is poor and if you try to contact autodo the chatbot is very frustrating.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and expect appropriate service and consumer rights to be upheld. When a structural Engine mount part is fitted and breaks in two places in under two miles that could serious injure to its passengers and then expect to pay yourself for the return of the item after sending detailed pictures showing metal fatigue and sub standard metal casting during manufacturing. I am talking to Zombies with the brains of lemins to court! Love to be able to send photos to show the world

Yet again I post because they say they have received my cancellation I never cancelled the courier lost my item just shows the arrogance of this company they still have my money 3 weeks later easy money if you can get it try dealing with customer revenue properly theft is theft order number 139981750 at last after 4 weeks this company returned my money it took me 1 hour to find out the issue with my missing parcel but it took a large company with all the staff and resources 4 weeks to returned my £88
