Excellent service. I lost my e-tickets and once I requested them be re-issued it was sorted very quickly.

The whole process from start to finish was wonderful. I was enquiring about access tickets & Kirsty - the operative I was put through to couldn’t have been more charming & informative. She was able to guide me through the process & as I’d never been to the New Wimbledon Theatre before & she had she was able to make informed comments relating to my queries regarding views from seats in particular areas. The process was smooth & stressfree & we are now looking forward to visiting. Kirsty also pointed out additional information regarding steps & easier access areas. She was brilliant! Thank you.

I have recently made a booking for a show with Danielle using the phone system as i wanteed to use vouchers (i would suggest making this available online, to speed up theprocess) who was very helpful, despite a bad phone line. I have reduced the rating due to this being the second time i had to call and book, the first time i was in the que for a substantial time and got through the whole procees to tell me there was an issue with the voucher and i would need to call voucher team, after doing so the vouvher team confirmed it had been user error and a wrong digit had been input, so if i check on the voucher had been made at the time the issue could have been resolved, that said the call handler was very polite.

Katie was very helpful in responding to my questions and helped to book tickets with me while on he telephone.

Excellent service from customer services today. No wait to get through, Ben was very helpful to exchange my Seat tickets to another night later in the week to see Fawlty Towers. Thankyou I will have one happy husband as he won’t miss out on the show now 👍

Went to see Mary Poppins last night as it was superb. Booked another ticket as enjoyed it so much. After booking with ATG, I noticed a better seat and tried to exchange. Sent a contact form late last night and before 9am had a call from Luke at ATG who left a really nice voicemail and for me to contact ATG. Spoke with Ewan who was incredibly polite and friendly and he exchanged my ticket very efficiently with a very friendly manner. Thank you so much to Luke and Ewan. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend buying ATG tickets.

Great experience booking tickets using my theatre tokens with Emma on the telephone. Good price tickets to see Paddington.

Got a voucher for Christmas and realised no redemption code when I went to order. Got through to Danielle who was fantastic and all sorted within 5 minutes. Can’t fault at all and show now booked! Many thanks.

Like other reviewers I couldn't book my tickets on line as I had theatre vouchers. Luke sorted it out so quickly and efficiently. Only the wait to get through stopped it being perfect, but a good result!

Expectations well exceeded. Fabulous after sales service from Grant at ATG customer service. Having accidentally booked four tickets for the wrong opera on the wrong day….completely my fault….I had little confidence when I called their assistance line to see if I could swap them for the right show and date. Grant could not have been more helpful, messaging the venue and calling me back within 15 minutes with a credit for my original booking and then rebooking our tickets for the right show at no additional cost. The old adage that all organizations make mistakes but how they deal with them is what counts. I made the mistake and ATG were exceptional in how they put it right. Thanks Grant.

I have an Access card, which is totally worth the money as it means I get discounted tickets for myself and free tickets for a carer. Every time i have needed to contact ATG I call the access number and whoever answers the phone has always been incredibly helpful and kind. I often feel very anxious about booking things because of my health problems, and I have really appreciated the kind patience of the ATG staff, especially when my neurological condition causes me to need repetitions of information and time to process. I am also now confident of booking online, which is very simple when you have an account. The Access scheme they use also means I can use my Access card to get fast passes, special assistance, discounts and free carer tickets at all sorts of venues, like theme parks and national trust places. Has made it so much easier for me to access events that would have been to painful and tiring to enjoy before.

Vor Ort kann man leider nur elektronisch zahlen. Und obwohl ich das Angebot mit Kreditkarte und ApplePay, GooglePay etc. gut finde - Bargeld auszuschließen geht gar nicht. Natürlich sind die Künstler toll und der Veranstaltungsort eigene Unternehmen, die Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf eine Entscheidung der ATG Entertainment GmbH
