Rob Ellison was fantastic all the way through the process. He had a lot of issues to deal with regarding the last supplier and the smart metering team, but he showed great customer service and determination throughout. Rob kept me uptodate on a regulary basis and was transparent about what had gone wrong. Rob is a credit to Good Energy and really understands what good customer service looks like; a rare commodity in this industry from my experience!
