Phoneline booking

I have recently made a booking for a show with Danielle using the phone system as i wanteed to use vouchers (i would suggest making this available online, to speed up theprocess) who was very helpful, despite a bad phone line. I have reduced the rating due to this being the second time i had to call and book, the first time i was in the que for a substantial time and got through the whole procees to tell me there was an issue with the voucher and i would need to call voucher team, after doing so the vouvher team confirmed it had been user error and a wrong digit had been input, so if i check on the voucher had been made at the time the issue could have been resolved, that said the call handler was very polite.
