Patience required!!!

Took me ages to get through on the telephone to speak to someone for advice - I was in the queue for about 30 mins. Once through though the advisor was helpful but couldn’t do the order for window fasteners so I then had to go online. Sadly it wasn’t clear which one I needed as the info was a bit scant so I had to call them again & wait in the queue to check. I then ordered & received email confirmation but the actual product took approx 10 days to arrive via Royal Mail. I wasn’t given a despatch notice so it wasn’t clear when I could expect the items. When they arrived there wasn’t any instructions or a link to the website to see how to fit them. It is straightforward but that added extra would’ve been helpful. The 3 stars refers to the length of time it took to make, process & receive the order & lack of instructions included.
