I made a ticket exchange request on a Friday evening - I was expecting to wait for a written response a few days down the line, but instead I was called by Ben, that evening, who was so kind, helpful and efficient and completed my exchange request within minutes. I was very impressed with the service provided!

Deleted my ticket by mistake and ATG customer service sent it out again quickly with no faff. Also pointed me in the direction of the app which is where they are now safely stored! Great customer service, fast efficient and problem solved 5 stars from me!

I paid for Lion King tickets, I applied a ATG gift card voucher and the website stated it had been applied. I then clicked debit/credit card to pay the rest of the balance and ended up paying the full amount. I contacted ATG tickets and was told it was my fault as I didn’t reapply the voucher, even though I sent a screenshot showing that the gift voucher had been applied when it hadn’t. The website is not clear and ATG agent was unsympathetic and not at all helpful.

Just booked some tickets with Hannah’s friendly and professional help on the accessibility line. All very straightforward and Hannah was very helpful at explaining each stage of the process. Hoping future shows we may be interested are available via ATG as so simple to book. Thank you.

I needed to exchange on a booking due to illness and the ATS online exchange site was having some teething issues. Rung and spoke to someone and it was one of the best theatre ticket booking experiences I’ve had. The person I spoke to was patient and thorough in seeking an alternative date for me. I will definitely look to use ATS in future, if this is the level of customer support I receive.

Was looking to change the date of a show, was very pleased to find out that I could. Person I spoke to on the disability line was very helpful and accommodating.

Booked tickets to Woman In Mind, using Theatre Tokens. Spoke to Eva, who was quick, efficient, friendly, polite and helpful. I was very pleased with the process and transaction. Had my order repeated back to me to ensure all boxes were ticked!

No problem exchanging my tickets today with Eva who dealt with the exchange swiftly for me and even called me back when we were disconnected which I appreciated. I do have one gripe and that is this: at the time of booking tickets to the show (Diversity Soul 2026) a number of the tickets were Meet and Greet package ones and quite expensive, so I opted for cheaper seats in the Circle. However it became apparent that the Meet and Greet tickets have now been taken down (perhaps as they were having trouble selling them at that price?) and the price has dropped considerably - to what I paid for my seats in the Circle. To change the seats today cost me an additional£4.95 per ticket which I believe is incredibly unfair. I did reluctantly pay this £19.98 in total as I feel my children will get a better experience by being in the Stalls row B but I don’t think it’s right for ATG to charge this as they chose to declassify the seats in order to sell them!

Easy to book tickets, I had a query and it was answered helpfully and timely, great service.

Alice was able to direct me to the very suitable seats for a Paddington performance at the Savoy Theatre. My wife has some walking difficulties and Alice helped we find the seats. Thank you Alice.

I had to wait a while to speak to a representative but once I was put through and spoke to your representative she listened to what I wanted and sorted it all very quickly and efficiently.
