My experience was easy and straight forward but I can only thank rose for her quick and efficient replies. She took the stress away from dealing with an A.i ghost. Thank you again rose 10/10!!

I've been waiting for over a month for a refund for a direct debit payment taken from my account. I have emailed the support team 4 times over the past month and am still awaiting the refund. Always the same reply, this has been passed on to the finance department, but nothing ever happens. There is no telephone number available to call them and when I have supplied them with a contact number for them to call me, no contact is made. If I were able to give zero stars for their service I would have. Terrible company to deal with.

Really pleased with how quick and efficient they dealt with my problem and replied within a couple of hours.I tried to book my zumba class for the following week whilst on holiday in Greece and it blocked my account. I E Mailed at 9am Greek time and by 10 am UK time they replied a lady called Dee .She couldn't find details but I had a old confirmation e mail so sent that to them By the time I landed early hours of the morning .I had an E mail from Dan M all sorted. I Could get back on the app although the class was booked up You have to book pretty quick that why I have an alarm set for 7am Tues UK time lol.Thanks for your help as this old lady was stressed.

It was so refreshing to get such great service and willingness to help. Jemma was great and really helpful. I hope my next gym is managed by the same company
