Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company - the only reason I didn’t rate as a 1 was down to the driver who went out of his way to help! Ordered a sofa through Sofa Bargain 5 weeks ago and had an email last Wednesday to say sofa was ready for collection by ASB and they would be in touch with me via phone to arrange delivery, ASB emailed me last Thursday to say they had my sofa and would be in contact by telephone or email to arrange delivery and could I confirm number and address which I did then nothing … until an email at 7:18am on Tuesday to say the driver was on his way, which was all well and good but I was in London working ! Called ASB who said that they would need to get a message to their manager and would call me back but nothing - I called 3 times to be told the same thing, called again at noon to be told they’d been ringing me but I’d not replied only for them to repeat my number which they’d taken down wrong ! I had to leave work early and make my way to the Kent coast only to be told after an hour into my journey that the driver couldn’t wait and delivery had to be rearranged ! I called again asking for the driver to make contact with me, which he did and thanks to him he managed to persuade the manager to let him go to another delivery/set up and return to me which he did and was brilliant and can’t thank him enough. I called the company again and spoke to Ahmed who said they’d written the number down wrong and couldn’t apologise enough but come on, reply to emails and it could’ve been so much less dramatic !

I can’t thank these gentlemen enough. I was able to follow their journey so I knew exactly when they would arrive, as I’m profoundly deaf.Their manners were perfect, very kind men, and very friendly. Beautiful smiles! The bed was installed very efficiently and with minimum problems to myself. I’m absolutely delighted with the whole experience from ordering to completion! The whole experience was perfect. Gold stars!

Great sofa delivery
Had a sofa delivered this morning. Kept me up to date from when they collected it, to when they were arriving at my door. Super quick delivery. Time slot given the day before, arrival time given on the morning of delivery and a handy live tracking on their tracking website. Both delivery drivers were lovely and polite, managed the sofa in quickly and efficiently. Great service, would highly recommend!

2nd delivery with ASB
Yesterday was our 2nd delivery with asb delivering a second leather sofa, I couldn’t praise them highly enough, extremely professional,friendly and set up the sofa in our requested position, all packaging taken away You are given the day for delivery with appropriate time, tracking details and a call from the driver on the day given you an exact time. ASB are a preferred delivery company used by vintage sofa company who we purchased the sofas from. If you want to know what time your delivery is coming these guys are for you. Or you could always use someone else and wait in all day with a day break till sunset delivery window. But seriously these guys are first class and would recommend them without hesitation ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I did not catch their names, but the two guys on our delivery could not have been more helpful! They communicated. Day before, confirmed the window. Day of, narrowed the window down. And then let us know when we were next and when to expect them. They carried everything in- no problems. Unpacked everything- no problems. Friendly. Considerate. One of the smoothest, most pleasant delivery experiences I've ever had. Thank you!
