Awful experience with this company

Awful experience with this company - the only reason I didn’t rate as a 1 was down to the driver who went out of his way to help! Ordered a sofa through Sofa Bargain 5 weeks ago and had an email last Wednesday to say sofa was ready for collection by ASB and they would be in touch with me via phone to arrange delivery, ASB emailed me last Thursday to say they had my sofa and would be in contact by telephone or email to arrange delivery and could I confirm number and address which I did then nothing … until an email at 7:18am on Tuesday to say the driver was on his way, which was all well and good but I was in London working ! Called ASB who said that they would need to get a message to their manager and would call me back but nothing - I called 3 times to be told the same thing, called again at noon to be told they’d been ringing me but I’d not replied only for them to repeat my number which they’d taken down wrong ! I had to leave work early and make my way to the Kent coast only to be told after an hour into my journey that the driver couldn’t wait and delivery had to be rearranged ! I called again asking for the driver to make contact with me, which he did and thanks to him he managed to persuade the manager to let him go to another delivery/set up and return to me which he did and was brilliant and can’t thank him enough. I called the company again and spoke to Ahmed who said they’d written the number down wrong and couldn’t apologise enough but come on, reply to emails and it could’ve been so much less dramatic !
