Company was very accommodating despite my several rescheduling They also did well to keep me informed about delivery. Called and sent text message reminder. Also received another call on day of delivery to verify availability to receive.

5 Stars to the drivers
5 Stars to the drivers! Everything else absolutely awful! Was promised a delivery date, the van showed up without my sofa! Called the office 3 times on the day, The guy on the phone said heβd speak with a manager and call me back never did. Eventually got my sofa a week later but the office staff and people organising deliveries seriously need to give their head a wobble and sort out their customer service skills.

These guys, despite having had a really long drive, were the nicest, friendliest people ever. They were so particular about taking away the wrappings and making sure I was happy before they left. A simple thing like a delivery and they really made my day. I'd recommend these guys 100 times over Thank you, very much
