Large Sofa delivered today! The two guys were very pleasant, even though the access was challenging.. They even took their shoes off!! Would definitely recommend this company!!

The delivery team from ASB were superb
The delivery team from ASB were superb. Two large sofa combos delivered to address, one of which had to be taken up three floors to a loft room. The guys worked very hard for us and built the sofas up with great care. I would definitely entrust them with deliveries if needed in future.

Absolutely disgusted service from start…
Absolutely disgusted service from start to finishes first the delivery drivers was 2 half hours late the driver was rude said sofa wouldn't fit In the house before even open back of the van they then dropped sofa out of the van what is all on my ring door bell footage they stripped sofa to part on the drive when I mean to part they took bolts and all sort out got one sofa in the house while breaking my brand new floor in five place that i only had fitted 2 days before the other sofa they damaged completely left in parts and damaged by hallway I had just lost a baby couple days before so I couldn't move or lift the sofa so I had half a sofa in my hallway with 3 children under age five that could crushed to death. Sofa company also contact your team multiple times to come back move sofa no one arrived we also been in contact with you for damaged you have caused to our home we had 3 diffrent response from the same person one the damage was going to come out drive pocket then it needed to be sent to special team then we had no response for 48 hours so my partner contacted you again to be told its not your fult even know already confirmed in a message how much money do we want for damages Absolutely disgusting i will be taking legal action on this matter.
