Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Ärzten des Arpanu Medical gewesen und ein großes Lob und Dankeschön geht an Dr. Aydoğan und besonders auch an Derya und Vorallem Alper für die liebevolle Begleitung auf meinem Weg. Ich habe mich von beginn an in guten Händen gefühlt und war froh darüber das so ein schneller und direkter Kontakt für all meine Fragen bestand. Vielen Dank für alles!

Came to Turkey for a gastric sleeve - the coordination was very good, the staff efficient and professional and Bella the translator was amazing- very skilled, very impressive language skills

Arpanu Medical are the consummate professionals and set the gold standard in patient care today. From the very outset, they are amenable, informative and very friendly. My primary dealings were with two totally charming young ladies named Simge and Kubra. Their handling of my questions and my concerns was beyond exemplary and they both played a major role in making my visit to Turkey a very joyous one. Their liaisons with taxi drivers, hotel staff and the clinical team at the hospital was second to none. The surgeon, the magnificent Dr Aykut,was warmhearted, informative and cared a great deal about making me feel comfortable, as were his incredible team of nurses and clinical staff. The results of his expert procedure are already greatly evident in that he has restored my ability to breathe clearly whilst also artistically creating a very aesthetically pleasing result with my nose, which I had previously broken in an accident. I highly recommend Arpanu Medical to anyone wishing to make the journey from their respective home countries, going as far as to recommend them to the local people of Turkey itself! I say a huge thank you to this wonderful team of people.

Arpanu ! Que dire ! Mon goût pour le risque m’a mené vers cette structure. Après plusieurs désistements, j’ai opté pour être opérée par le dr Ceyun. Dans un premier temps Sonia a été très professionnelle, à l’écoute et surtout rassurante. Mon stress était au sommet mais avec subtilité et tendresse elle avait toujours les mots pour me réconforter. À l’hôpital, que dire ce fut mieux qu’à l’hôtel. Les infirmiers et tout le monde étaient au petit soin. De retour à l’hôtel, l’infirmière à l’écoute, rassurante également la permi d’être encore mieux dans mon esprit. Un groupe WhatsApp pour un suivi d’un an avec la diététicienne est crée et c’est un pur bonheur car on ne se send pas abandonné. Vraiment merci beaucoup et je vous recommande entièrement cette structure pour vos soins😊

Recomiendo al doctor Ceyhun Aydogan y a todo su equipo para la manga gastrica, gracias a todos ,la verdad estoy muy feliz con mis resultados, la dietista Amy siempre está al tanto de todo y la traductora Chela siempre estuvo conmigo explicando todo el proceso es un gran apoyo ya que te hace sentir como en casa Les mando un grande abrazo a todos 🫶

They were excellent at their job. I had Ferit as an assistant and he was amazing at his job and well experienced. He is personality is very nice and he is very friendly. My operation went very well and he was with me step by step

I traveled all the way to Istambul from Miami as a companion for my brother. I was beyond impressed with all the service provided by everyone we came in contact. From Chela and Shabra who greeted us and made us feel at ease to all the nurses who always helped with a smile. Then Haki who was amazing and extremely caring making sure all was going smooth. Amy the dietician who was extremely helpful and making sure we had everything we needed and at the correct price. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better then there came Merve and Pelin to the hotel. This was absolutely an amazing, very organized procedure and I highly recommend Arpanu Medical

I came all the way to Instanbul from America to have gastric surgery. Throughout the entire process the staff answered all my questions. When I arrived everything was just like it was described and all the photos are accurate. All the personnel was excellent and I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of moving forward.

My husband and I went to Istanbul for gastric resection from Kazakhstan First contacted the girl assistant. She helped us and explained via whatsapp on all issues that we had. Then we arrived in Istanbul, we were met and taken to the hotel. It was very comfortable and peaceful there. In the morning the translator Nadezhda and a taxi arrived. Our translator Nadezhda helped us a lot, since we we know Turkish. Hope is a very kind person. She was in touch with us 24/7. She loves her job and has a very good relationship with people. We could call day and night, she always answered instantly. I am very grateful to our doctor Ceuhun Aydogan. He operated on us and everything went very well. After being discharged from the hospital, we had home care in the hotel with a wonderful nurse and translator Nadezhda! So grateful for this new life.

Jede einzelne WhatsApp war klar, deutlich und sehr kompetent......beginnend mit der Ankunft am Flughafen, Transfer zum Hotel, Zimmer im Hotel, Transport in die Klinik, Vorbereitung, Begleitung von Alper vor und nach der OP 🙌👏. Nachsorge im Hotel ein Traum 💚👩‍⚕️ Ganz lieben Dank für Alles, bleibt Gesund und bis bald Rene 👋😘☺️

I travelled to Istanbul for rhinoplasty from England I got in contact with simge A who helped me through every question I had even helped me with flight tickets, very lovely person and always available to help you with anything you need. I arrived at instanbul and everything was sorted for me stress free! transfers to hotel and airport, transfers to hospital and back. Very professional team I would highly recommend :)))

Taking this decision was hard for me as I had to do it alone , but the people at Arpanu Med were amazing ! From the doctor to the nurses who checked up on me all the time , down to my guides and supporters Marianna, Samuel and Kubra ! Thank you all so much ! You made me feel very special and I am very grateful !

I am so grateful to have chosen Arpanu Medical and Dr. Ceyhun for my sleeve surgery. Everyone was so lovely and helpful! I loved that even after being discharged from the hospital we had in-house care at the hotel with the lovely nurse and super-warm translator. All the translators were so amazing… Kupra and the Australian lady were mine and I loved them to bits! So grateful for this new lease on life!

Hi my son is 17 years old I was very scared before we came but when we came we were treated with the best hospitality from the hospital hotel and staff Nurse in the hotel are very helpful

I have to admit I was a bit scared, as most of us are I imagine. However, since I walked in the hospital and was welcomed by Kubra and Chela, I immediately felt cared for and they were able to guide me through the process. Then I met Doctor Ceyhun who was amazing and also made me feel more comfortable. The whole staff there, the nurses are all very helpful even if we may have some language barriers. They all had their SAY HI app ready to go in order to properly translate. Super super professional people. Then there is Amy the dietician. This is the sweetest and kindest person you will meet ever. Goes out of her way to make sure you fully understand and comprehend everything. Haki, how can I forget Haki who is like your companion since you arrive in the airport. Finally but DEFINITELY not the the least I was so shocked when a nurse and a translator visited me at the hotel to check up on me. Merve and Pelin were the best caring for me and advising me while at the hotel. Thank you Merve and Pelin. You are the best. All in all a truly awesome experience. BR
