Aquí les comparto mi experiencia. Excelente atención desde la llegada al aeropuerto, hotel, hospital. El médico hizo un excelente trabajo. Quienes cumplen una importante labor son las traductoras, yo estuve mucho en contacto con Chella, y su trabajo lo hizo excelente permitiendome entender todo el pre operatorio, post operatorio y pasos a seguir en el futuro, sin ella la comunicación y el entendimiento de todo lo que es la cirugia, dieta, etc, no sería posible. Ella además es una persona muy amable y dispuesta a aclarar todas las dudas. Gracias tambien a la nutricionista que está muy atenta a que cumplamos todos las fases y de forma correcta, siempre disponible a responder preguntas. Tambien muy importante Haky, quien es la persona que la siempre tengo contacto para cualquier pregunta que yo tenga y siempre está dispuesto para resolverlas.

I had a Rhinoplasty done by Dr. Derin and I cannot be more happy. Not only has my breathing improved but my nose is more symmetrical and looks amazing. From the hotel, to translators, communication, transportation everything was great. I recommend my surgeon to anyone interested in a rhinoplasty. You are in good hands.

I undertook the sleeve gastric operation in a hospital affiliated with Arpanu Medical company.under the supervision of Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan, and it was a successful operation, thank God, everything is fine. La verdad que a sido una experiencia muy buena , siempre me he sentido apoyada y muy bien atendida por Carla y Chela que se han preocupado en explicarme todo y se han preocupado por cada detalle, si tuviera que volver , no dudaría , solo volvería con ellos... I was trying number things to lose weight, weight watchers, vegan,intermittent fasting,no cards and and medications,after my consultation with gastric advisor inTurkey ,,Mr OMMER,, my experience has been great overall. Mr.Ommer,helping me too much, he made me self-conscious about my appearance,but now I have confidence, energy, and hi self esteem,my body is still changing, and lost around 30kg within 4 months, my whole life,my breathing, my weakness, my glucose measurements, and everything is changing. The hospital team and the nurses were very caring and well behaviour, the doctor(Cerhun Aydogan) at the Arpanu Medikal) and one of the hospital team, Mr Omar Jemil was really kind, and helpful, I would like to thank this gastric team in Istanbul, for everything, I would recommend it for the people seeking to lose their weight.

Ich bin sehr zu Frieden mit der Leistungen des gesamten teams Meine Medizinischebegleitung Meral die alles abgewickelt hat ist die beste die war immer zu jeder Zeit für mich da egal wann und worum es geht sie hat mir geholfen. Amazing experience from my first point of contact when I was in Ireland who was Simge she has been nothing but amazing ensuring I have been safe change last minute transfers and appointments due to travelling alone due to my partner having issues with his passport at no stage did I feel alone in IST with this team from I hit the airport to my hotel the hospital and surgeon draykutgok she picked for me and Bella my interpreter explaining everything each step of the way this has been life changing thank you seems not enough for how you supported me throughout my trip I have been in many countries for surgery and nit one can compete with arpanumedical Simge thank you u delivered much more than I ever expected and I will be back next year

Everything was organized and happened as told. The staff in the hospital was kind of unmotivated and it seemed as if they just wanted to get it done as fast as possible and were trying to get rid of you. Bella drove with us to the hospital but didn’t even greet us and she seemed annoyed by our questions. The operation went very well but the treatment from medical staff was cold and they were only in the room for a few seconds to get their job done and didn’t respond to our needs or fears. Also the doctor were there for barely 2 minutes and just wanted to take a picture for his instagram account and left without leaving room for any conversation or questions. It seemed as if every staff member was only interested in posting the results online and we were told multiple times that they expect many pictures of us to send them so that they can post them. The aftercare was ok and we got medication for the time after the operation and a contact to the diet assistant who gives you updated meal plans. The most positive thing was Nihal. She always made time for us and tried to realize everything we needed or wanted. She really is one of a kind and the good soul of the staff. We had so many questions and she was never acted annoyed and always made sure that she had time for only you.

Bella hat mir beim Übersetzen in der Türkei beim Zahnarzt sehr geholfen.

I can only say Nihal is absolutely an amazing person. Always a smile and very sweet and not to mention very helpful

Sono stata per la seconda volta in questa clinica, per finire il lavoro iniziato....e posso solo confermare la mia positiva esperienza... Tutto il personale molto professionale e disponibile...il lavoro viene svolto in modo professionale, che si incontri qualche problema o meno, sei sicuro di andar via da lì con il lavoro fatto bene. Samuel il ragazzo che mi ha seguita per questo secondo viaggio, e stato sempre professionale,molto gentile, disponibile e soprattutto rassicurante nel momento..Grazie mille a tutti di ❤️

From the moment I arrived , everything it was so organised and perfect. My rhinoplasty went great and the whole team went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. Especially the team Leah and John. I felt comfortable with the doctor and the nurses and the hotel staff. Very lovely experience!

Overall amazing experience, from arrival, to hotel, hospital and operation. All background work is done in the background free from your mind. You attend and best care is taking of you. Nurse consultation are also in hotel after operation and available 24/7 and nothing is too much to ask. Staff both at the hospital and hotel were incredible. Operation itself was amazing, after 24 hours I was able to wall about without issues and be ready to be discharged. Once discharged managed to walk 5km each day after that. This was my first ever operation and everyone will go through it differently but also made friends with another patient who had gastric sleeve with the same doctor and she reacted the same to the operation. Would definitely recommend this company and the amazing doctor that Ceyhun Aydogan is.
