Nothing but good things to say about my experience. Everything was organised and communicated well. I was really looked after and the surgery went without a hitch. The aftercare is amazing from Amy, Nora and Minty giving lots of help and advice on how to live your new healthy lean life :-)

I'm on stage one of my treatment so my review is based on what I've experienced so far. I chose Dentfix on the internet simply by reading on the excellent reviews written by their patients . I'm glad to say they lived up to my expectations and more. When I got in touch with the clinic by clicking on "contact us" a lovely woman called Lena came in contact with me. She asked me for some photos of my upper and lower jaw for assessment and things progressed really quickly from there. I was picked up from the airport, checked in a hotel, which was very decent and in a nice area in the europian part of Istanbul. I had my mom with me for moral support and I did not pay any extra money for her being in my room and using the breakfast buffet every morning. I had very luxurious cars picking me up to take me to the clinic and dropping me off back in the hotel when finished with my procedures. Clinic is really clean and modern and the dentists are very patient and very friendly, but most of all they are very experienced. If I had any questions and I had a lot of them 😊 I would text Lena and she would communicate between me and the clinic which made my experience very trustworthy as I never felt neglected even though I wasn't in my country. I will recommend Dentfix based on my experience so far,and I'll be back to review my next two visits. Thank you Dentfix and thank you Lena for your excellence in what you are doing!

أنا زينب العبيدي أتيت من المملكة العربية السعودية لإجراء عملية تحويل المسار المصغر الثانوية مع مؤسسة آربانو ميديكال في مدينة اسطنبول بتركيا، في البداية تواصلت مع مسؤول المرضى العرب الأستاذ عمر جميل، وبصدق شرح لي كل التفاصيل عن العملية وأهم شيء عن الدكتور جيهون أيدوغان الذي سيقوم بالعملية، وبالفعل عندما أتيت الي تركيا وجدت كل الخدمات التي شرحها لي الاستاذ عمر، والأهم من كل هذا هي روعة تنسيق هذا الرحلة العلاجية بهذه الدقة، إضافة إلي أن الدكتور جيهون أيدوغان هو عضو في الاتحاد الدولي لجراحة السمنة وإنقاص IFSO، إضافة إلى أنه حاصل على الترتيب الأول في المقالة التي كُتبت عن أفضل ست أطباء أتراك في عمليات إنقاص الوزن، ولذا انصح الجميع به، والحمد لله رب العالمين مرت عمليتي بشكل جيد جدا لا مثيل له، واتوجه بالشكر للاستاذ عمر جميل ولكل العاملين بمؤسسة آربانو ميديكال وللدكتور جيهون أيدوغان ولكل المرضى الذين كانوا في عنياتي، وكذلك كارد أخصائية التغذية على شرحهم المبسط للنظام الغذائي.

Me opere el dia 15 agosto. Entre con 122 y estoy con 86k. Mi experiencia fue muy buena. Hospital, doctor, enfermeras, traductoras chela, kubra, dietista amy un amor en hacerte las explicaciones y dietas que te envian ya que tienen un seguimiento por WhatsApp. Haki por la paciencia y Rosa nuestra Mama Bariatica que esta para contestarnos las dudas... muchas gracias y recomendable 100 x 100 y fiable. I had Gastric Sleeve surgery 16 weeks ago. I travelled from Ireland to Istanbul alone and I was quite nervous. However, the whole team from airport pickup, interpreters, hospital staff, Amy the dietitian and, of course, Dr Ceyhun, couldn’t have been better! I had a fantastic experience. I was able to contact Merve (the nurse) at any time if I needed help, she paid me a visit in the hotel before I left to check my incisions, she was amazing! I’m so grateful for the experience and I can safely say it was the best decision I have ever made. It has completely changed my life for the better, I have lost 4 stone (25.5kg) in 16 weeks and I feel amazing!

My experience during my IVF process in Turkey was a great experience, and Arpanu provided excellent services. I would like to appreciate John and Ahmet for supporting and helping us during this process. They were wonderful and assisted me in every step of the process. Jon and Ahmet worked hard and went above and beyond to help us not only with the doctors, appointments, and translations but also with the housing and transportation. They always responded to my questions promptly. My doctors and nurses were also amazing and provided us with great treatment, and my treatment was successful. I would definitely recommend John and Ahmet.

Dr. Ceyhun was very personable and professional. The medical staff was kind, accommodating and had great bedside manners. The team is quite organized as well. There was a couple of miscommunications but it was sorted out pretty quickly. The surgery itself went very well. I was not in a lot of pain. The nurses were very attentive with their patient care. I would recommend Arpanu Medical to my friends and family. Thanks to Bella for her help!

The experience was very perfect thanks to the Doctor Ceyhun Aydoğan and his crew and special thanks to the dietitian Ms. Amy who helped me to continue my journey, I lost 26 kilograms in less than 6 months. And now I'm enjoying my new life.

Habe einen Sleeve machen lassen und war in allen Punkten (außer der Suppe im Hotel 🙈😂) total zufrieden. Amy, Minty u Bahar waren u sind immer noch für mich jederzeit zu sprechen. Absolute Empfehlung. 👍Danke euch allen. 😘

What an organise company, I was looking for rhinoplasty operation in Turkey, as I am very picky person I always do my homework to find the best deal and best doctors. I tried to contact with doctor I has chosen and it was via this company, I was in contact with the best lovely lady Smge, she is the best one to deal, and she organised everything for me. I was text and called for around 3 months, day and night also weekends and she never ever didn’t reply quickly she’s always on time and very calm also sending all information I need to know from helping with airline tickets, hotel, doctor, operation time, all transportation from A to Z. I am very happy with everything and definitely recommended this company to deal with as they have the best doctors and save yourself a hassle with untrusted company. I cannot thank them enough to make my trip very excited and easy going.

Minty, Tugce und Bahar begleiten mich seit Tag eins. Ich fühle mich gut aufgehoben und gut aufgeklärt. Ich bin dankbar für alles und glücklich meine ersten Erfolge (-20 Kilo stand 05.11.2022) sehen zu können.

Mon séjour en Turquie pour une chirurgie bariatrique ce termine demain. Tout c’est très bien passé, aucune douleurs ! Je retourne en France rassuré car je vais pouvoir échanger pendant 1 ans avec 3 super diététicienne: Amy, Minty et Nora. Qui me conseille et me donne à chaque étape le régime alimentaire que je dois suivre pour que l’es suite de la chirurgie se passe pour le mieux. L’échange ce fera facilement grâce à Yasmine si parle parfaitement Français. Elles sont toutes adorables, merci beaucoup !

Dies war mein 1.stat. Aufenthalt in der Arpanu Medical. Eine Klinik in der ich mich von Anfang bis Ende absolut wohlgefühlt habe. Begonnen mit der ersten Untersuchung, die ausführliche und verständliche Beratung durch den Arzt, (ohne Zeitdruck) und die anschließende Terminabsprache zur Magen - OP, ich fühlte mich hier bestens beraten und gut aufgehoben. Die OP selbst, verlief komplikationslos. Besten Dank hierfür an Herrn Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan der sehr einfühlsamen Anästhesie und sein tolles Team. Ebenfalls absolut lobenswert und bedanken möchte ich mich bei dem gesamten Pflegepersonal auf der Station. Auch hier sind die 5 Sterne absolut verdient. Nach der OP war ich auch bei meinen Ernährungsberaterinnen ( Dietitian Amy, Dietitian Minty & Bahar ) gut aufgehoben , die mich Tag & Nacht rumd um die Uhr bei meiner Diät unterstützt haben.

Ich bin sehr froh darüber, dass ich Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan meine Schlauchmagen Operation anvertraut habe. Ich hab mich in sicheren Händen gefühlt. Die Post-Operativen Behandlungen gingen sehr schnell und angenehm und schon war ich bereit Operiert zu werden. Die Krankenschwestern waren sehr sehr nett und haben sich super um mich gekümmert. Ich hatte am ersten Tag nach der Operation schmerzen, aber sobald ich begonnen habe zu gehen ging es mir schon viel besser. Die Operation ist jetzt schon 9 Tage her und ich habe schon ganze 9 Kg abgenommen und fühle mich sehr fit und munter. Was mir noch sehr gefällt ist, dass ich von 3 sehr lieben Ernährungsberaterinnen (Dietitian Amy, Dietitian Minty und Bahar) auf meinem weg unterstützt werde und sie bei Fragen einfach anschreiben kann! Ich bin sehr froh darüber sie kennengelernt zu haben! 🥰 Bei meiner Dolmetscherin Bella will ich mich auch bedanken! 🥰 +5 Sterne von mir!!

Alles Top! Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Organisation gewesen von Anfang bis Ende war alles großartig… Der Arzt war sehr kompetent und ich fühlte mich gut aufgehoben. Was ich sehr gut fand war, das jeden Tag eine Krankenschwester zu mir ins Hotel kam und nach mir sah und meine Fragen alle beantwortete… Falls ich nochmals irgendwelche OP durchführen lassen würde würde ich immer wieder diese Klinik wählen. Ich werde auch in einer WhatsApp Gruppe weiterhin einige Monate zwecks Essen Medikamente und allgemeine Fragen unterstützt Kann nur sagen TOP! Vielen Dank für alles
