I had an amazing experience with the hospital and thier staff Nora minty the dietician and post op nurse yasmine, they are still very much in touch with me everytime I need to get any further information from thier team they're brilliant and very responsive. I 100% believe it makes a big difference having the support once your back to your home town.

Whilst scary going on my own i was well looked after. 6 weeks post op and 2stone 9lb down. The lovely dieticians Amy, Minty,Nora and Yasmine have helped me so much and respond to questions promptly with great advice

Ich habe nach langer Internetsuche Arpanu Medical gefunden. Über WhatsApp und telefonisch wurden mir alle Infos mitgeteilt. Schon bald ging es los und ich war begeistert. Das Hotel, Krankenhaus und der Doctor sind erstklasse. Ein sehr freundlicher Arzt der sein Handwerk versteht. Es wurde alles perfekt von Arpanu organisiert. Von Begleitperson bis hin zum Dolmetscher usw. Ich bin nun 5 Wochen Post-Op und mehr als glücklich. Die Nachsorge ist auch super toll. Durch WhatsApp werde ich von den Ernährungsberaterinnen Amy und Minty sowie Post-OP Bahar in jeder neuen Phase begleitet. Bei Anliegen und Fragen sind Sie immer da und schicken mir tolle Rezepte. Dr. Serhan Derin and the team at Arpanu Medical (John, Poyraz and their incredible nurses and post-op consultants) are the most trusting, reassuring, and welcoming people I have ever met. From the moment my cousin and I enquired with Arpanu Medical, all the way from Australia, their hospitality was wonderful. Poyraz, our medical consultant, was always so responsive and reassuring when we communicated our questions and concerns. John, our field coordinator and translator, was amazing and so professional in his role that I began to feel more of a friend of his rather than just a patient in his care. Our pre & post-op nurses attended to our every need and were so gentle with us before, during, and after our surgeries. Our surgeon, Dr Serhan Derin, is so passionate and knowledgeable in his area of work. He knew exactly what work my nose needed to ensure the outcome was medically and cosmetically what I wanted and needed. He exceeded every expectation. I could not recommend Arpanu Medical enough, you are all amazing. I am beyond grateful for this whole experience. I can proudly say that I have a new family in Istanbul. We love you all and we will be back very soon ❤️

Amazing medical facility with state of the art technology. Super impressed with all the doctors/surgeons/staff and particularly our interpreter “John” who was simply exceptional from the moment we checked in till the we checked out! The medical advisors from Arpanumedical have been so knowledgeable and have strived to go above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Before and aftercare was so professional!! Meine 3 Helferlein, Amy, Minty und Bahar, sind immer zur Stelle innerhalb von Minuten, wenn ich irgendetwas brauche. Das ist sehr wichtig für mich. Mein Dolmetscher Karun und mein Kontakt Alexey waren großartig. Alle waren immer sehr freundlich. Auch bei den Transfers und im Klinikum und im Hotel. Der Arzt war sehr freundlich und ich wurde ausgezeichnet betreut und operiert. Vielen Dank!

The nurses were very kind and checked on me everyday! John also helped me through all the process. He translated the conversation with the doctor and have very good English skills.

Amy Minty und Bahar sind meine Ernährungsberaterinnen. Sie begleiten mich nun seit 3 monaten durch meinen Altag. Durch sie konnte ich mein essverhalten steuern und mich besser in meinen körper fühlen. Sie machen Ihren Job echt einzigartig und sehr professionell. Ich würde jeden diese gruppe weiterempfehlen.

Great service from the beginning to the end from Bella, my interpreter who helped me with everything, good service and translation. A big thank you to Adam where my story started. He was very patient with me and answered every question that I had no matter the time during the day. A big thank you to wonderful Dr Ceyhun who’s a great surgeon and his great team who made a dream come true. Dr Serhan is wonderful he must have blessed and magical hands. I had no pain and no bruising after surgery. He is a kind and caring doctor. Reason I had surgery was because I had some breathing difficulties and had an asymmetrical nose from a previous unsuccessful nose operation in Australia which I had many years ago. I searched for a good ENT specialist and found good reviews of Dr Serhan and chose him to fix my nose. I am so pleased with my new nose. As it heals and the swelling goes down, my nose looks better and better. At first I was concerned because the swelling made my nostrils asymmetrical and big. But you have to be patient until the swelling goes down then you'll see a symmetrical beautiful nose and one that functions well hopefully. I can already feel the passageway is clearer and hopefully by the time swelling goes down completely, should be able to breathe so much better. I can not thank Dr Serhan enough he is the best! John who was my interpreter was an absolute delight. He made the experience outstanding. He made sure he explained every detail to me clearly and was so kind, honest and helpful. He made me feel so welcome and reassured. John is a very valuable asset to Arpanu. Initially, I had other employees helping me but they were a bit disorganized and we had some misunderstandings. Then John came into the picture and turned everything around. The other employees can learn so much from John. Overall, great value for your money ..outstanding Dr Serhan. Outstanding support from John, amazing hospital suite, VIP transfers (can improve a little), organizing whole package can be improved. But what matters most the doctor, hospital, your hospital room and John's support are fabulous

Meine OP ist jetzt genau einen Monat her und was soll ich sagen? Ich würde es jederzeit wieder tun und bereue es, dass ich den Schritt nicht schon früher gewagt habe. Auch nach der OP ist die Betreuung einfach nur super. Man bekommt schnell Hilfe und Antworten wenn man eine Frage hat und wird super unterstützt durch Rezepte, Tipps und Lob. Ein großes Danke geht an Ernährungsberaterin Amy und Minty und an Post-OP Bahar!!!

Meine Op war am 12.01.2023 und heute ist diese genau einen Monat her. Die Op verlief dank Dr. Ceyhan Aydoĝan gut und das Krankenhauspersonal war sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank dafür. Riesen Lob geht an meine Ernährungsberaterinnen Minty und Amy und natürlich an meine Post-Op Beraterin Bahar. Sie sind eine große Unterstützung und beantworten alle fragen sehr zeitnah. Im Großen und Ganzen war alles top und ich bin sehr zufrieden. VIELEN DANK FÜR ALLES!

The follow up with the dieticians after surgery has been brilliant! They are always on hand to answer any questions or reassure you! Very supportive

Everything turned out the best way. Doctor did his work properly. And by the way he is very chill and relaxed. Answered 1 mln questions. Sometimes I repeated my questions because was a bit lost. But he answered them kindly and never hurried me. Guys interpreters are also very experienced and know most of the questions in advance, so there is no problem to communicate in English. After the surgery they give you a post-surgery nurse whose role is to support you in this tough period. She has certain schedule, so if you are panicking at night you should wait for her answer until the morning. And in the hotel nurses come every day to see you. But there’s one person who is always with you, she is your first contact there, from sales stage till the end, even after you left the country. When the post-surgical nurse has a day-off, this person answers. Her name is Zivile. During this journey she was the one who surprised me multiple times. From issues with driver and internet, to the night drama when I spoiled my nostril. And contacted a doctor late evening and comforted me. When you are at your most sensitive and vulnerable position you really appreciate when you meet real professionals. They are never rude to you although they could because you reach them at night, ask the same questions, ask multiple people the same. So I see this all as a well-organized process. They gave me enough of information about further treatment, no questions left. I would advice Dr. Serhan Derin and his team for rhinoplasty.

The medical team is excellent. Big shout out to everyone. From the first contact until now. If you are thinking of having surgery, arpanu is the best.
