Incredibly warm care, everything very well explained and taken care of. From the first minute one - booking my appointment with the lovely Derya! The hotel as well as the hospital are first class! Dr. Ceyhun operates himself and I felt in very good hands! The nursing staff were without exception incredibly nice and on hand for any problem! Despite the language barrier, I always understood the nurses and caregivers and in case of need they translated by cell phone. The whole team of dr. Ceyhun Aydogan is incredibly great, I traveled alone and Alper was always at my side! I would like to thank everyone for this great support and I am very much looking forward to working with them next year! One is not simply left alone after the operation, but still has 12 months of all-round care nutritional counseling and psychological counseling from the team (with lovely Amy, Minty, Bahar)! Many thanks to all who have accompanied me on my journey! Since May I have lost 28 kg. Date of experience: May 25, 2022

Es ist nun einen Monat her, seit meiner OP. Ich habe 12,5 kg abgenommen und fühle mich sehr sehr wohl! Ich fühle mich generell leichter und durch die vorher nachher Bilder kann ich selbst sogar deutlich sehen was sich optisch verändert hat. Ich bin nicht nur mit Dr. Ceyhun zufrieden sondern auch mit meiner Mädels Gruppe die mich seitdem Tag meiner OP begleiten. Sie machen mir Mut und sie stehen für alle Fragen an meiner Seite! Das Team besteht aus Ernährungsberaterin Amy, Ernährungsberaterin Minty und Post-Op Bahar - tausend dank an euch an dieser Stelle! ❤️ Ich würde mich immer wieder dort behandeln lassen! Ich fühle mich bei diesem Team sogar mehr aufgehoben als bei manchen deutschen Ärzte Teams!!

Eine wundervolle Klinik und mega organisiert. Die Fragen werden sofort beantwortet ohne Wartezeit. Die Ernährungsberater Emy, Minty, Bahar sind auch Wochen nach OP immer noch für mich da... und Unterstützen mich. Vielen dank

I just came back from Istambul where I had a mid face & neck lift and a eyes laser with Arpanu medical. I am very dissapointed with the results of my mid face lift ( neck and checks are ok ) but naso labial folds and wrinkles around my mouth are still there and haven’t been touched at all . We requested my husband and me a report and invoice of both operations to Hakki that has been very unprofessional and only looking after the money all the time . The mid face lift was done the 28th and still today no report , when I try to talk to the doctor I get his assistant , or I am sent back by Hakki to John the translator who has been very helpful as well as Bella and the sir in the hotel at the Arpanu desk . It was nonsense to stay 11 days in Istambul ( as suggested by hakki ) when the stitches are absorbable . We spent a lot of money in dinners / taxis / lunches that we could have saved as after 6 days the doctor do the checking of the results . I am now searching for a solution to get the facelift redone ( naso labial and mouth wrinkles ) experience with eye laser was very satisfactory

My husband and I recently got a gastric sleeve surgery and are very pleased with the whole experience, from the hospital, to drs and the whole staff. Special mention of the staff and crew after surgery, dieteticians Amy minty, Nora and postop consultant Yasmin. We are still getting the updates and support on weekly bases and every stage of our weight loss journey. They are always available to answer all our questions. And send information and diet plans on weekly bases. We are forever greatfull. Thank You❤️

I recently had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Serhan Derin and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Betül, Berek and Bella were my points of contact throughout the process and they were all very helpful. Dr. Derin is an ENT specialist, so I knew I was in good hands when it came to the functionality of my nose (breathing). He also paid attention to the aesthetics of my nose, and the final result is exactly what I wanted. I received excellent care from the team at Arpanu Medical. If you are considering a revision rhinoplasty, I highly recommend them. They will make sure you are well taken care of.

Guten Tag🌞 Ich habe lange Zeit nach einer Klinik gesucht, in der ich eine Magenresektion durchführen kann. Und habe ich in der Türkei gefunden. OP. Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan. Am 8 November war die Operation. Wie mir in der Klinik gesagt wurde, sind 20% des Erfolgs eine Operation, und 80% ist das, was danach passiert. Nach der OP muss ich eine strenge Diät einhalten und dabei hilft mir ein sehr gutes und eingespieltes Team👍🌹 Ernährungsberaterin Amy, Ernährungsberaterin Minty, Post-Op Bahar❤️ Dieses Team antwortet zeitnah auf meine Fragen und hilft beim Lebensmittel Einkauf für meine Ernährung. Sehr aufmerksame, kompetente und verantwortungsbewusste 👧🏽 Mädchen. Und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Ich wünsche dem Team viel Erfolg und Wohlstand❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹

Alles super lieb und kompetenr

Tut mir leid, ich bin zwar mit der Operation und dem Arzt zufrieden, war aber mit der gesamten Organisation mehr als unzufrieden. Leider musste ich mich auch bei dem erst gebuchten Hotel verweigern, welches sich eine Stunde Taxi außerhalb von Istanbul Mitte befand. So schlechte Google Rezessionen, dass ich da erst gar nicht erst angereist bin. Ich bin dann umgezogen in das Nova Plaza Christal - war dann in Ordnung. Was ein erheblicher Mangel darstellt, ist die ständige OP Verschiebung, in der ich vorher immer nüchtern war, und teilweise um eineinhalb Tage verschoben wurde. Das geht gar nicht, so behandelt man keine aufgeregten Patienten. Nur weil das KH selbst nicht organisiert ist, oder der Arzt meint einfach Feierabend zu machen. Ständige Ausreden/Lügen, über die OP Verschiebung. Dann sind noch die ständig wechselnden Dolmetscher zu erwähnen, die zwar ihre Sache an sich gut machen, aber der letzte nur englisch sprach. Insgesamt drei Stück in 4 Tagen. Die mangelnde Betreuung im Krankenhaus, 8 Stunden tagsüber niemanden der Pfleger gesehen. Echt mangelhaft und unprofessionell. Über den Arzt kann ich nicht viel sagen, anscheinend ist meine Operation die Bauchdeckenstraffung und Liposuction gut verlaufen. Bin jetzt 14 Tage PostOP. Der Arzt nahm sich so gut wie keine Zeit mich ausführlich zu beraten, habe ihn nur einmal 3 Minuten lang vor der OP gesehen. Seine Arbeit machte er aber gut. Leider ist der Wechsel von Derja zu ihrer neuen Kollegin nicht gelungen, denn ich fühle mich überhaupt nicht gut betreut. ständig gab es Probleme. Lag aber an dem sehr sehr alten und unhygienischen Krankenhaus, welches mit Sicherheit erst auf dem Standard der siebziger Jahre in Deutschland war. Das Personal ist absolut unzuverlässig, unfreundlich und null kooperativ. Für die Nachsorge waren es leider auch ewig lange Wartezeiten. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Unternehmen nicht mehr empfehlen. Tut mir leid. Für so viel Geld so wenig Leistung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Mi experiencia fue muy buena a ultimo momento tube q viajar sola en el aeropuerto me encontré con otra pasiente la verdad apoyo en todo momento haki fue mi acompañante no me dejo sola durmiendo en el sofá el pobre y acompañándome un encanto por otro lado y agradecer asta el día de hoy q va a ser un año rosa q siempre siempr esta para aclarar toda las dudas y creo q es por la persona q me ayudo a decidirme no es marquetin ni nada lo q esta bien y lo q esta mal te lo dice es una persona con un gran corazón el mejor cambio q pude hacer para mi vida gracias

I had a mini bypass in September. The booking service and pre-booking consultations with Michael and Amy were brilliant. Everything was perfect. Pre-op checks were thorough and the translator was very good. Operation went smoothly and Dr Ceyhun is very very good and most nurses were really lovely (one not so much unfortunately). Aftercare has been very good. Dieticians Nora, minty and Amy are in constant communication and nothing is a problem for them. I get a reply within minutes of sending a query. Would definitely recommend this wonderful team. Thank you!

1 mês depois da cirurgia e só posso dar 5 estrelas. A organização desde a chegada ao aeroporto, a estadia no hotel, a operação, os cuidados clínicos e o pós operatório, só posso dizer bem! A melhor decisão da minha vida! Em relação a Portugal, a Turquia e arpanu medical batem aos pontos! Além do preço muito mais acessível, eles são super conscienciosos. Caso algo não tivesse bem, nem me operavam (aconteceu com um doente que foi no mesmo dia que eu). O Doutor é super atencioso assim como a Chella e o Haki. Fiquei muito feliz pela decisão de ter ido aqui para mudar a minha vida. A única coisa mais difícil é a comunicação, o inglês deles é muito básico e não falam português. Mas nada que o Google tradutor não ajude.

Je suis très satisfaite du résultat suite à cette opération. Je remercie l’équipe du Docteur Ceyhun Aydoğan ainsi que les interprètes et les diététiciennes (Nora, Bella..) bientôt 3mois et 15kilo de moins 👍😉

Alles war super organisiert. Ich hatte immer jemanden Deutschsprachigen an meiner Seite. Besonders spitze war auch die Betreuung nach der Op. Sowohl im Hotel als über WhatsApp. Danke auch an die Ernährungsberaterinnen Amy, Minty und Bazar. Sie sind jederzeit für einen da und geben wertvolle Tipps bei der Ernährung

Me gustaría dar las gracias a todo el personal del Arpanu Medical por hacer posible este maravilloso cambio en mi vida, todos y cada uno que componen este equipo han sido siempre muy amable y sobretodo competentes, desde el conductor que nos recogen en el aeropuerto hasta la limpiadora del hospital, el cariño y el apoyo que nos prestan en un momento tan delicado. Dar mucho respeto irte a otro país que no entiendes el idioma y hacerse una cirugía importante. Pero en todo momento lo ponéis súper fácil, contar con una persona como Rosa, que es la representante del Aparnu en España, es un plus añadido! Rosa estuve desde el primer momento, aclarando todas las dudas, apoyando y escuchando cada historia personal de cada uno. Muchas gracias Rosa por ser esta persona tan especial y por tu dedicación, gracias a ti elegir hacerme la cirugía con el Aparnu y tenías razón, han sido muy compententes.

Ich wurde am 21.11.22 operiert.Bis auf einige Ausnahmen lief in Sachen Kommunikation (bei einigen wichtigen Fragen stand die deutsche Ansprechpartnerin nicht zur Verfügung) alles glatt. Transfer, Krankenhausaufenthalt und Hotel waren allesamt überzeugend. Das Krankenhauspersonal ist super lieb und hilfsbereit und war immer sehr vorsichtig, sodass ich mich 100% wohl gefühlt habe 🥹 Nach der Op stehen mir weiterhin Bahar, Minty und Amy zur Seite, beraten mich und geben mit Tipps wie beispielsweise Rezeptideen oder Alternativen zu bestimmten Lebensmitteln. Alles in einem bin ich froh diesen Weg gegangen zu sein und das so viele hilfsbereite Menschen mir in ein neues Leben helfen. Würde es jedes Mal wieder tun 🙏🏼

It was a great step, the surgery went very well thanks god without any modifications, and zero pain which was the best part , the doctor is amazing and so professional, the hospitality of the hospital was perfect also the nutrition team, noura, amy, minty and yasmine, that following me after the surgery are very qualified people, they are amazing and so helpful especially with the daily check up and their advices.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mein Leben hat siech geändert ich hab es nicht bereut seit der Operation habe ich überhaupt keine Probleme !!! Vielen Dank
