POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The delay was frustrating, but what’s been even more disappointing is the lack of accountability and responsiveness from customer service. For a brand that prides itself on quality and customer care—offering a 60-Day Comfort Guarantee—the communication has been surprisingly poor and well below expectations. I returned the product (at my own expense) and have yet to receive any acknowledgment or follow-up, despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email and chat. Including, they have the return product, and I still DO NOT have a REFUND! The product might work well for some, but this experience has left a sour taste. If you’re considering ordering from Archies, be cautious about relying on their customer service and return policy—support is minimal, if at all, when issues arise. The only reason I’m giving 2 versus a 1 stars is because the product itself seems decent—but unfortunately, it didn’t fit properly on one foot.
