€5.99 returns + €5.99 for credit card refund

I ordered 2 pairs but found them to be uncomfortable and I didn't like the thin strap. Customer beware - return postage was €5.99 and €5.99 is also deducted if you paid by credit card. Expensive returns. On a positive note, the return was easy and customer service was efficient.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. I was interested in purchasing an advertised vehicle. Unfortunately a person called Fabian contacted me. He was unhelpful and ignorant. I purchased a vehicle from another garage. Estaba interesado en comprar un vehiculo anunciado. Desafortunadamente, un tal Fabian me contacto. No me ayudo ni me dio informacion. Compre mi vehiculo en otro taller.
