Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Amsterdam to Budapest
The holiday was good, food good, wines excellent. The cabin was excellent as was the housekeeping. The whole staff deserve credit for their excellent work and the tour director was very efficient. We felt that there was too much time travelling, what was needed was a series of lectures/talks relating to the many places visited. We also felt that it was limited in entertainment on the ship, with no other venue to choose for alternative use. We were very disappointed that there were no e bikes available as this was one of the excursions we were looking forward to. On some of the excursions it was look but donβt touch. The flights organised by APT were somewhat haphazard with flight changes and long airport waits. Again we would like tohighlight that all the crew were outstanding.

A super week on the Duoro river
All the staff on the Duoro Serenity were fantastic. The weather was wonderful and the scenery and places we visited were stunning. Our fellow passengers really made the holiday enjoyable as they were generally friendly despite being quite a bit older than me! I travelled with a group of girlfriends and we all thought we were going on an APT holiday but it turned out to be Travelmarvel. I would consider another a river cruise but not for a few more years.

Advisor lady was very helpful, and was able to refer to a previous cruise with APT. We are now booked on another first-class river cruise!

Very relaxing cruise though lovely scenery
Arrangements for trip were made in good time and clear. When a change of flight was requested it was managed smoothly. Boat was lovely but some of the excursions were aimed at a slightly older and less mobile group than ourselves. Talks by the guides were very informative.

Excellent cruise director
Excellent cruise director, Karen, who coped with every eventuality (storm, change of itinerary etc) cheerfully and efficiently. We liked the smaller group of passengers and the mix of British and Australian people. Enjoyed the local musicians who accompanied dinner. The local guides were good, especially with the vox system.

The Cruise Director was excellent and all his staff polite, efficient and helpful at all times. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. In fact the Director went out of his way to assist me with the end of my journey when I left the ship at Nuremberg.

APT Cruise Budapest to Amsterdam
APT provided a very memorable holiday with everything taken care of. There were some unique excursions- The Grand Empress train, the concert in the Lichtenstein Palace and more. the other guests were very welcoming and we made a number of new friends. Have booked again.
