Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

We thought the ship was clean, well organised and with friendly professional staff although it was obvious that some staff were new too the job but hopefully will soon get up to speed.This was our 2nd time with apt and also with Roland as our cruise director he is a credit to your company with his organisation skills and professionalism

Unbelievably cheerful
Unbelievably cheerful, friendly and helpful crew from the captain and cruise director to the maids, etc - everybody - on a luxurious ship made these two weeks a total pleasure from beginning to end. The food was high class and plentiful, the drinks free-flowing and the scenery breathtaking.

Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our holiday. Very personal service, staff all lovely, cruise director could not have done anything more to make our experience and that of our fellow passengers any more enjoyable. Will definitely travel with APT again.

Ms Gemma Lumsden responded to my emails in a timely fashion. She called me promptly at the requested time. All my questions and inquires were answered to my satisfaction. The invoice/receipt was sent very quickly after booking reservation was made. I am most impressed with Gemma and APT. I am looking forward to my first River cruise in September 2024.

We have just booked our first Riverβ¦
We have just booked our very first River cruise . Having seen the offer on Facebook for 50% off balcony cabins, we looked at the Danube cruises and decided to ring for more information.We spoke to Melanie Peters who was professional but extremely friendly and explained everything to us so well that we decided to book there and then. She took the time to find us the best deal , and made the whole procedure very easy.Looking forward to experiencing our first River cruise in June.

Unfortunately - did not meet my expectations
Enjoyable but too hectic ! A 10 day holiday was crammed into seven days with ridiculously early starts, early morning flights and long days. Two packed breakfasts and a packed lunch is totally unacceptable for a seven day 'luxury' holiday especially as the quality of the food in these 'packs' was mediocre. Very little entertainment was provided on board ship despite a 'captain's welcome dinner', a 'Nubian folkloric evening' and a 'Galabaya party' being advertised. This was most disappointing. The holiday would have been much improved if spread out into a relaxing ten days, restaurant quality food provided throughout and evening entertainment provided on board ship as advertised on the itinerary. I also felt that 40 was too large a number for a group and that splitting the group into 2 groups of 20 people would have greatly enhanced our enjoyment.
