Excellent Service

I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.

Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

New Zealand Wonderland

This holiday was amazing. Trent and Clare our driver and tour leader were the best, very helpful, always cheerful. All the hotels we stayed in were excellent and the meals were all top class plenty of choice and very tasty. Visited so many places in New Zealand and the journey between places was filled by excellent commentary by both Trent and Clare, lots of excellent photo opportunities. This was an excellent value for money holiday.

A very good cruise that had brilliant historical interest. Accommodation and food was very good and if highest standard. Guides were overall very good and Cruise Director outstanding.

of the staff without exception were

All of the staff without exception were excellent entertainment poor.freedom of choice excursions made no allowance for people with limited mobility. Good food often served cold.transport to/from airport poor ie waiting for over 1 hour in the rain at airport while Uber found.this comparison is based on previous apt tour.

An excellent river cruise with APT

Friendly, efficient staff, very good food and a wide variety of interesting excursions. We were made to feel welcome the moment we stepped aboard and this continued throughout our cruise. Our cabin was comfortable and the cleaning service excellent. Everything was really well organised, there was always a member of staff on hand to help and nothing was too much trouble. The Cruise Director, Captain and Hotel Manager were superb. The guides on our tours were knowledgeable and friendly with a good command of English and we were kept well informed about the programme for each day, both in written form and evening briefings by the Cruise Director. All this made it a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Nice ship and interesting itinerary

The Ama Venita was a very nice ship with an excellent crew and first rate Cruise Director. Cabins were roomy and well appointed. Food was, on the whole, very good but the service in the restaurant for the first few nights was somewhat haphazard (it was the first cruise of the season). It improved significantly thereafter, once the Cruise Director got involved. The organisation of the taxi transfers in the UK was not particularly impressive.

Trip of a lifetime

A river cruise on the Danube which included the Iron Gates was on my bucket list and the APT experience did not disappoint. The local guides were excellent and the hospitality on board was first class.

Overall the cruise was very good Anya…Western Front cruise

Overall the cruise was very good Anya the cruise director was excellent a thoroughly professional. The food was not as good as a previous APT cruise we did in 2018 Amsterdam to Budapest. Our first day the cabin was not serviced but generally the crew were excellent

This is our second cruise with APT and…

This is our second cruise with APT and as previously cannot fault it. The individual care and attention to detail cannot be faulted. I am a coeliac and at every meal the maitre 'd came to personally check my meal and suggest alternatives if required. All the staff from cabin crew to the captain only had our well being and enjoyment in mind. It appears expensive but you get what you pay for. Thoroughly recommend.
