I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.
Very high quality fabulous cruise.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Inspite of all the challenges faced on our cruise (low water volume, change of ship etc) we had an amazing holiday thanks to our tour director Hedleigh and the crews of both the Capella and Amastella. The cabins, food, restaurants etc, were great and of a high standard.The lack of a pool and balcony on the first week were not a huge issue for us. Thankyou APT for what was our second fabulous river cruise.

Ship was great, all staff excellent. Only slight complaint is evening meal aiming too high, a case of style over substance but overall 9 3/4 out of ten would come again and recommend to anyone. Well done

Comfortable cabin and clean and tidy ship. Cruise director was very good and it was nice to have on-board entertainers. We thoroughly enjoyed our first-time cruise, very relaxing - although it was only for a week.

Fantastic cruise, tour guides very informative. Roland was brilliant and full of information, he βmadeβ the holiday. Budapest was the highlight of the holiday.

The ship, staff & food were great, but unhappy with quality of excursions, & the lack of priority for disabled people when boarding coaches. The front 2 x rows on the coach should automatically be reserved for guests with mobility issues, but they never were, despite constant requests to the cruise director. We found some of the excursions to be a little rushed at times, & some of the popular landmarks of a city were not even offered, e.g Jewish Museum & Synagogue in Budapest.

Quality of river cruise ship, excellent accommodation, variety and quality of meals, friendly and attentive staff. Disappointed that most docking points were some way from the city centres and required couch transfers so limiting flexibility and time to enjoy experience.

I experienced an amazing holiday. The service was excellence with pleasant, very helpful staff. The food was 5 star, both the presentation and taste. My cabin was cosy and warm, always serviced with efficiency. The whole trip was beyond my expectations. I can't stop telling everyone who will listen how great it was in all ways.

The Drouro Cruise was delightful.The ship was very good, the food was generally delicious, the staff most helpful and pleasant and the scenery beautiful. The cruise was spoilt by a dreadful return flight. APT flight 1332 was very delayed entering Gatwick and by the time we arrived (almost 3 hours late) most of the facilities at the airport had closed. We could not hire a car so had to take a Gatwick taxi which was unroadworthy by the time we reached Oxford. We had to wait for another Gatwick Taxi to rescue us and did not reach home until 5.20 am. We had to pay the taxi we had waiting for us at 9 pm Β£230 and also Gatwick taxis Β£348 who eventually took us home. We trust that you will pay our out of pocket expenses as well as compensation for a very delayed and fraught journey home. We await your reply. Do hope you use this as a warning to others about the possible inefficiency of Portugal Airlines. We have another river cruise booked for late September and trust that this wii be trouble free. From landing in Lisbon everything was well organised.The food was excellent as were the crew.All the guides we met were very informative and friendly(especially Philipa).Would loved to have had a more formal gala dinner on last night, and more encouragement to move into lounge for quiz nights and dancing as on the Danube trip.Looking forward to our next trip with you.
