Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

The boat
The boat, cabins, crew, food etc were all fine. The itinerary less so. Rather too much time travelling and not enough at the interesting old German towns. Why start at Amsterdam ??? Would be much better to start at Cologne.

Excellent, friendly service from all of the staff and crew on the ship. The trips off the ship were both interesting and informative, and run well by the tour manager

Danube Cruising July 23
Danube Cruising Some initial confusion among our group at Munich airport and the driver who was there to meet us, and some annoyance at only being told once on the coach to Austria, that we weren't meeting our ship at Nuremberg, as water levels were low. So very poor communication initially and some disappointment that 2 days places/excursions were off the cards but once on board, our Rep Roland and the crew carried out their tasks seamlessly and made my friend and I feel very welcome and taken care of. Roland's knowledge and passion for the places we were travelling through really elevated the trip and I wouldn't hesitate booking another trip with him on board.

Disappointed!
This was my second river cruise with APT(Travelmarvel). Disappointed we didn’t get to all the places on our original itinerary and thought we should have been notified before arriving. Appreciate our ‘boat’ was an ‘upgraded’ boat but still not as good as our first adventure! Didn’t feel this river cruise had the ‘Wow’ factor!

A superb cruise along the Dalmation coast of Croatia
This coastal small ship cruise mirrored a previous excellent holiday with APT Travelmarvel. Cruise Director Cheri fulfilled her role faultlessly from embarkation to disembarkation. The Princess Eleganza offered us all the facilities we could wish for including a very good air conditioned cabin with ample bathroom and storage facilities ( our cabin was on the lower deck). Excellent captain and friendly and attentive crew. Brilliant cook who produced lovely meals throughout the week. The perfect setting to enjoy the delightful ancient ports and villages and the waters of the Dalmatian coastline with a small group of likeminded travellers.

A great experience from start to finish. Everything is well organised, the ship is sleek, modern and kept beautifully, with helpful and genuinely friendly staff. Definitely would use this company again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
