Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

First class river cruise
Everything from accommodation, food, outings, all facilities om the boat were extremely well organised. Talk each evening and being introduced to all members of staff was a good touch. Felt comfortable and safe,knowing I could reach a member of staff quickly and easily.

Over all very good
Over all very good, but would have liked a bit more day time cruising (early evening). Staff worked very hard and helpful, the boat was very clean food and drink plentiful, Akos the cruise director was excellent and very helpful. On walking tours it would have been more helpful if the segregation between efficient walkers and less efficient walkers was better.

Beautiful Scenic Danube cruise
Great scenic and beautiful cruise on the Danube. State room (ownersβ suite) excellent (but for one thing, see below*). Staff were exemplary and everyone efficient and friendly. The tour director couldnβt have been more informative and the quality of local guides excellent. Food could be a little patchy but the dining room staff were attentive and very professional. *Two tiny quibbles. Local knowledge of traffic jams in Budapest would have saved a wasted hour on the coach, and one badly broken floor tile in our bathroom in a strategically inconvenient place should surely have been fixed? Ending on a positive note, however, the Illumination Cruise on our night in Budapest was a magical finale to a super holiday.

The bus journeys too long and theβ¦
The bus journeys too long and the guides tended to walk on too fast and get too far ahead even though we could still hear the commentary. The food and company on board was excellent along with the crew and staff. Ship comfortable and clean. Felt the deck chairs and upper deck layout was average only. Perhaps a few deck games be available.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The room service was excellent. The food was very good. The excursions were excellent with superb guides who were very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. In all our holiday was lovely and will be remembered.

Our first river cruise and couldn't fault it. Cabin,crew,service and food all excellent. Every stop was superbly organised with optional guided tours. All tour guides spoke fluent English and were really knowledgable. Visited some wonderful places on and around the Danube and would thoroughly recommend.
