Excellent Service

I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.

Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

We were on an APT holiday, but to be honest it seemed more like an APT Travelmarvel holiday. No Speciality dining, APT rep in Lisbon a waste of time, didn’t actually interact much with any of the guests. He arranged a meal at a local restaurant, mediocre at best. Douro staff lovely, rep. did well as it was her first week. Chaotic check-in at hotel in Madrid, APT not there to meet coaches. Been with APT 6 times, but this was the least organised and special holiday, definitely a Travelmarvel ship. Like some aspects, but not to usual APT standard.

Danube cruise

Generally good. Small rooms. Very long journey to meet boat. 17 hour journey. Direct flight would make it shorter.

Highly recommend APT and this cruise

Just back from our first ever river cruise and based on our experience, it won't be the last!! Absolutely brilliant from the booking process, the answering of questions I had before going, to the drop off at the airport, where the rep actually took us to the check in desk, not just dumping us at the door! The cruise was fantastic, with free, guided tours of most places we stopped at. Boat was good, cabins comfortable, staff excellent as was food. It would have been nice to have been given the next day's itinerary in paper form, but do understand the need to reduce use of paper!!

The food was not as good as in previous…

The food was not as good as in previous trips. There was a lack of scenic cruising. Tooo long docked at several places. Not the right balance between excursions and scenic cruising.Parallel parking with a bank or another ship either side.

Beautiful yacht

Beautiful yacht that was kept spotlessly clean. The food was excellent given the very small kitchen. Quality free flowing drinks at the bar. All staff were very friendly and efficient.

We really enjoyed our trip with you

We really enjoyed our trip with you. The ship was lovely, and the staff were fantastic. Food was good, as were the guided tours. Your entertainment team were very entertaining. My wife is not very mobile, so we were able to take the easy tours.
