Selling items they don't have in stock

I ordered an item from this organization which mentioned July 10 as delivery - I've just spoken to these people and they have told me they don't have even the item in stock in Victoria so are advertising appliances they don't have and I now don't know when this item will be available or delivered in Victoria - they offered me the same item to be POSTED though I requested my old item of exactly the same product be collected for recycle so how is an Aust Post delivery going to achieve that - now I wait and watch for a "couple" of weeks until the item is in stock in Victoria. Very misleading and poor customer service should have gone retail.

Great to shop & deal with

We have now got several large household white-goods from Appliances Online. Have purchased via the website & on the phone when using their price matching offer. Really excellent to deal with. The delivery service is first rate keeping you up-to-date with the delivery status and arrival date/time. Plus taking away the old one is just great. In one case I had to make a warranty claim - again it was no hassle, excellent to deal with and they sorted the problem out for me. Highly recommended to deal with. We will do so again.

I ordered my new washing machine in a Sunday night and it was delivered and installed on Monday morning by a very friendly and professional father son team. I will most definitely use appliances online in future.

Terrible attitude and service ripped off

They say they remove the old appliance, they would not, said they had no room on the truck for the 900mm stove, but they delivered a 900 stove? They say they remove the packing they would not. Said they would deliver in a 2 hour window HaHa yes but they changed the window 20 minutes after the stated delivery window started! I paid the delivery drivers $20 tip at the time of purchase, the delivery guys say that don’t get that!!

Fantastic delivery

Just had my heat exchanger hot water system delivered to Noosa area. The 2 guys delivering were outstanding in the delivery service. Nothing was too hard Ann this is a dam big product(they deserve a pay rise 😀)

Great communication right from when I…

Great communication right from when I ordered. The day of delivery I was kept up to date of time they would be here. Delivery guys were very polite and helpful. Old machine was taken away as well as all packing rubbish. Would purchase from Appliances Online again.

Efficient delivery service, excellent communication

Great communication from POS right through to delivery. Received a delivery date at checkout, confirmation 24hrs prior, a 2hr delivery window the morning of and a 30min notification of delivery which meant I didn't have to take a day off work and twiddle my thumbs waiting and wondering. Fantastic! Delivery staff were fast, efficient and polite, quickly setting up my new appliance, taking away my old one including all packaging. Nothing for me to do really but sit back and enjoy.

Appliances Online - they deliver!!

I’ve used Appliances Online several times and have never been disappointed. Their range service and delivery are first class. The website is great, and allows you to filter searches even by dimensions which is very helpful for appliances. I love that when they deliver they will take your old appliances away. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Fantastic delivery service!

Our delivery required a 4-hour drive from Sydney. The delivery team was very friendly, cheery and helpful, bringing our washer-dryer and bar fridge down the side path and into the laundry. They unboxed the goods and even took the packaging away with them before turning around and embarking on the 4-hour drive back to Sydney. In my experience no-one has EVER taken away the packaging. Amazing service. Thank you guys.

I am continually impressed by the high standard of service, communication and quick hassle free delivery of your company. The gentlemen who delivered my order were polite and so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure we were happy with our order. They removed our old appliance and placed our new fridge exactly where we wanted it, such a pleasure doing business with you and I will certainly recommend you to all my friends. Thank you.

This company USED to have good service…

This company USED to have good prices and excellent service, but no more... I spoke to the salesperson on the phone on Monday to price match. I was told they can't do next day delivery but Wednesday is fine. My order was processed and payment made. Wednesday morning, a bit suspicious that I didn't get my usual sms from their dispatch around 6am with delivery timeframe, I follow up with the phone call, to be told that delivery should be happening A MONTH from now as not all of the items are in stock. They were surprised that I was promised this delivery in the first place as it is quite evident that those items are on backorder. I have cancelled my order and hope there won't be any issues with the refund.
