This company USED to have good service…
This company USED to have good prices and excellent service, but no more... I spoke to the salesperson on the phone on Monday to price match. I was told they can't do next day delivery but Wednesday is fine. My order was processed and payment made. Wednesday morning, a bit suspicious that I didn't get my usual sms from their dispatch around 6am with delivery timeframe, I follow up with the phone call, to be told that delivery should be happening A MONTH from now as not all of the items are in stock. They were surprised that I was promised this delivery in the first place as it is quite evident that those items are on backorder. I have cancelled my order and hope there won't be any issues with the refund.
