Efficient delivery service, excellent communication
Great communication from POS right through to delivery. Received a delivery date at checkout, confirmation 24hrs prior, a 2hr delivery window the morning of and a 30min notification of delivery which meant I didn't have to take a day off work and twiddle my thumbs waiting and wondering. Fantastic! Delivery staff were fast, efficient and polite, quickly setting up my new appliance, taking away my old one including all packaging. Nothing for me to do really but sit back and enjoy.
