Selling items they don't have in stock

I ordered an item from this organization which mentioned July 10 as delivery - I've just spoken to these people and they have told me they don't have even the item in stock in Victoria so are advertising appliances they don't have and I now don't know when this item will be available or delivered in Victoria - they offered me the same item to be POSTED though I requested my old item of exactly the same product be collected for recycle so how is an Aust Post delivery going to achieve that - now I wait and watch for a "couple" of weeks until the item is in stock in Victoria. Very misleading and poor customer service should have gone retail.

Great to shop & deal with

We have now got several large household white-goods from Appliances Online. Have purchased via the website & on the phone when using their price matching offer. Really excellent to deal with. The delivery service is first rate keeping you up-to-date with the delivery status and arrival date/time. Plus taking away the old one is just great. In one case I had to make a warranty claim - again it was no hassle, excellent to deal with and they sorted the problem out for me. Highly recommended to deal with. We will do so again.

100% recommend

Ordering was simple and my washing machine came 2 days later. The delivery men installed both my new washing machine and my existing dryer into a tight fit, and checked that the machine was working correctly before leaving. This is the 4th time using appliances online and I will use them again.

Perfect purchase experience

Great purchase experience followed by professional installation. Excellent communication. Highly recommend the installation service for integrated dishwashers. Everything was installed with perfect alignment to existing cabinets. Old unit removed and taken away as well as all the packaging. Love my new Bosch Serie 6

The best customer service for…

The best customer service for appliances in Australia. Easy to navigate website and purchase process. The delivery drivers are absolutely amazing, communicate clearly, very friendly and efficient, made sure were happy before leaving. I can't rave about them enough.

Kitchen reno

Doing a kitchen reno on a rental property. Searching the website was really easy. The site provided lots of information on the various appliances and allowed me to make comparisons. I ordered on Saturday and the appliances were delivered quickly and efficiently on Monday. The prices were great and free delivery was an added bonus. Will definitely use Appliances Online in the future.

Won’t deliver to 1st Floor - Lazy Excuses

We ordered a fridge and they refused to bring it up to the first floor. At first they said it wouldn’t fit in the lift but when I showed the measurements and proved that it would fit then they blamed the entrance door and claimed it wouldn’t fit even though it would. Then they said that they have to come back with 4 people to deliver (not sure how 4 people make the entrance any bigger - if anything it should be more crowded with 4 rather than 2 people). It all just sounded like excuses because they were too lazy to deliver it up 1 floor. Absolutely disappointed with them.
