Selling items they don't have in stock

I ordered an item from this organization which mentioned July 10 as delivery - I've just spoken to these people and they have told me they don't have even the item in stock in Victoria so are advertising appliances they don't have and I now don't know when this item will be available or delivered in Victoria - they offered me the same item to be POSTED though I requested my old item of exactly the same product be collected for recycle so how is an Aust Post delivery going to achieve that - now I wait and watch for a "couple" of weeks until the item is in stock in Victoria. Very misleading and poor customer service should have gone retail.

Great to shop & deal with

We have now got several large household white-goods from Appliances Online. Have purchased via the website & on the phone when using their price matching offer. Really excellent to deal with. The delivery service is first rate keeping you up-to-date with the delivery status and arrival date/time. Plus taking away the old one is just great. In one case I had to make a warranty claim - again it was no hassle, excellent to deal with and they sorted the problem out for me. Highly recommended to deal with. We will do so again.

A truly fantastic service !

Misleading Same-Day Delivery Promise – Very Disappointing Experience

I purchased a fridge from Appliances Online because they promised same-day delivery – a crucial point for me, as I was without a fridge and had already cancelled an order with another retailer due to their delivery issues. I made sure to clearly communicate all access details and delivery restrictions upfront during the purchase process to avoid any issues. I was told the delivery would take place between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM. At 8:30 PM, I received a call from the delivery driver stating that he would arrive between 9:30 PM and 10 PM. From the start, he was already resistant, saying he couldn’t park on the street and would need to arrange a van delivery due to clearance issues – issues I had already communicated clearly during purchase. Then, just before 10 PM, I received another call saying the delivery wouldn't happen because the driver had an accident and was injured. Given the driver’s reluctance and attitude earlier, this sudden "accident" felt suspicious and very convenient. In the end, I paid more for a fridge here, cancelled another order, and trusted Appliances Online based on their promise – and still ended up with no fridge and wasted time. Extremely disappointed with the false advertising around same-day delivery and the lack of responsibility.

Bosch washer/dryer combo purchase

We bought a Bosch washer/dryer combo machine. The entire process from ordering to delivery was great! Great value for money compared to other retailers, but what stood out for us was the delivery. We were kept informed right through so no one had to stay home, as they were precise with their delivery time. I highly recommend Appliances Online to anyone making a whitegoods purchase.
